Not only were they able to carry a heavy exercise bike down from an upper floor with zero problems, they also dealt with some difficult personnel at the drop-off point successfully. Excellent experience.

They arrived within 15 minutes! Quickly and safely put the bike on their truck and drove to Treasure Island and safely delivered the motorcycle!! Thank you!!

James was awesome. I was moving a Paleton bike from my house to the back f a pick up truck. It should have been a 2 person job, but Lugg failed to send a second person. James, the super strong, was able to move it on his own with no damage to bike or surroundings

Mauro and Elder were prompt and efficient; they were creative about solving for a tight angle in getting one piece of furniture through a narrow door, and helped out beyond expected by taking down a curtain rod. There was one minor mishap, a torn workout mat, but I attribute that primarily to the weight of the exercise bike that had been on it.

They lugged our Peloton bike up a massive set of steep outdoor steps!! They were careful with it too & delicate with our plants! They were very approachable & friendly, we’d use them again for sure!

Our Luggers were great in updating us when they would arrive, were prompt and on time, quickly moved our heavy Nordic Track from one location to the next, and were careful with our bike as well. Polite, friendly, and professional.

Threw them for a loop when they thought we said the peloton bike when I did say the tread (which is about 300 lbs heavier). They handled it like champs. Great job! Friendly and nice too!!

I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

My ebike got a flat. The Lugg arrived extremely quickly and my bike was very carefully loaded into the pickup. I walked but it was only 4 blocks to home.

Both Luggers arrived ready to go, loaded my bike into the van carefully and efficiently and made it to the bike shop in no time at all.
