Ron and Jawan had the most excellent communication of any movers I have ever worked with and they were great to work with. They were professional, on time, focused, careful, and kind. Took good care of my walls and furniture (even the heavy pieces!) Good dudes & high quality movers. I’m so grateful for their help.

They helped me sort and move boxes and furniture into other storage units. They were efficient, cheerful, understood my plan, and handled the items with care.

They were incredibly! They had to maneuver, a huge lateral filing cabinet down two sets of stairs as well as a fat love seat. The whole job was huge success! Heavy duty movers!

This is the best Lugg experience I have ever had. They got in, moved quickly and efficiently. Loaded the truck in about 45 minutes. Unloaded the truck at my storage unit in about 20 minutes. The placed the most important item to me exactly where I asked them to and expertly packet my 10x10 storage unit. Even had room left over! Great set of movers!!

These guys were super communicative during the whole move. They had to wait for my elderly dad to unlock a storage unit. They were super friendly to him and also had to deal with hauling an extremely awkward / load. These guys were thoughtful about what they were moving and respectful of how they were handling the items / navigating the house. A perfect move!!!

They worked so hard for us! We had a complicated move with some furniture going into a storage pod & some moving to another residence. Never once did I hear a discourteous or discouraging word from either of them! They were both good-natured & pleasant throughout the day. Lugg was a great solution for me with a property closing date that was up in the air. The flexibility allowed me to reschedule and delay the movers arrival without penalty. They showed up on time, we're professional, and did a great job.

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.

They were prompt and courteous even before we ran into some struggle with the size of the couch and the arrangement of the doorway. Semisi was quick to brainstorm and had a tape measure handy to ensure fitting the couch through a window would work. Jamal was right there with assistance the whole time. Both movers had can-do attitudes and didn’t complain about carrying a couch all over the yard. 10/10 experience with these guys.
