Tooraj and Dajuan were exceptional, providing outstanding service with professionalism and efficiency. However, Lugg, your app is misleading and your advertising is deceptive. You claim to offer junk removal services, but this is false. Due to the minute-by-minute charge structure, I was charged far more than expected. This kind of misrepresentation is unacceptable. Fix your app, and stop misleading your customers.

I did not know that there would be a high fee to drop my rug at a local public dump. They helped come up with an alternative plan on the spot that saved me money & donated my old suitcases to Goodwill. Thanks!

Very prompt, arrived 5 min. early. Both Scott and Jeff were very friendly and helpful. They cleaned up the mess made from unpacking boxes, helped me with more projects than I had originally requested, and even took a large, heavy box and several crates to the dump for me. They offered to go the next mile without being asked.

Very friendly and professional and careful with all my belongings! Even helped me take some stuff to the dumpsters. Awesome experience!

Mateo and Anthony were all stars. Best movers I’ve had. Very friendly, very expeditious, careful with the furniture and TRULY went above and beyond. I had coordinated to have my couches dropped off at a donation center, which was all scheduled and approved. When they got there, the donation center said they couldn’t accept the furniture as it was damaged. Mateo called me and offered to take it to a dumping facility if I didn’t want it back (they’re technically supposed to bring it back). They found a local facility and took it there for me. They really made the experience so convenient and easy when things didn’t go to plan. 5 stars and would recommend them to anyone.

Really great service! Very professional, quick delivery and courteous the whole time. Both even assembled my furniture legs and offered to dispose the boxes in the dumpster. Couldn’t have asked for better guys to deliver my items. Handled all things with care, and were in and out without sacrificing quality work. Will definitely recommend them, and the Lugg Service as a whole!

They went above and beyond to help me carry things from my car - as well as their vehicle - up to a rooftop, and even carried giant boxes of trash down to the dumpster for me!!

Mark & Emad are super nice and made hauling furniture across the city a simple task! A chore that would have taken me all day to get done was finished in a couple of hours thanks to these guys. They were very professional and careful with maneuvering large pieces around a small space even taking the time to tape off the doorways to avoid scrapes. So, if you are looking to get a dirty job done fast, without breaking a sweat while also working with attentive people who will communicate with you through out the whole process then they are definitely the way to go.

The app works! The lugg-er that came out was very helpful. He was very careful with our appliances...making sure they didn't get dented or scratched in the loading, hauling and unloading at our new location. Thanks again!

Wow! This service could change our lives! Like Lyft for hauling. We bought a recliner chair at West Elm today, and were planning to borrow a truck from someone to bring it home, but Lugg did it for us in under a hour. Mulusew and Terrance were very helpful, and even moved the old chair downstairs for us. Mulusew showed me how to claim my first-time user $10 off code. Great service!

I had not expected the gentlemen to unpack and take boxes/packing material to dumpster ! I tipped them myself, did not know this was an option to include in total.

Javier and Osbaldo were awesome! Fast pick up and delivery (even in 5:00 traffic!) They arrived earlier than proposed (driving from Long Beach to Orange County) and unloaded and put together my furniture with care and professionalism. They left everything clean, removed all of the trash and helped remove my old bed to the dumpster. I will be using Lugg to ask for this dynamic duo again. Thank you!

Salvation Army didn’t take my goods as they were full and that they called me to let me know about it and even told me that they will bring it to the dump.

It was terrific to work with Oscar and Luis! They became my partners in this move. I had a 2nd floor spacious two room office for over 20 years. Oscar and Luis moved half of the contents down the stairs into a dumpster next door, six of the largest items down the stairs onto the sidewalk for the city to collect, and the rest, including four fully loaded metal filing cabinets, into a 3rd floor storage facility locker. Oscar even swept the office floor and removed the pile of dust with a wet cloth so that not a trace of the move remained! All the while remaining upbeat and fast moving. Amazingly, the cost was half of the lowest competitor's bid. An all around great experience. For sure, hire them!

Although the app gave me an address for a cafe to junk my mattress. They figured out where to take it. I could not get a response from lugg of what to o do. They made it work.

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Showed up right on time, if not early. They were fast, professional, helpful and courteous. This was my first time using Lugg and this whole process. They even helped me find the right place to dump my old furniture since I had no clue where to go.

Arrived on time and moved quickly and they were very friendly. And even help dump thenwater out of the refrigerator.

These guys made getting rid of stuff during a move MUCH less stressful than it could have been. They shared their knowledge about local donation centers so I could make sure everything was accepted (and avoid paying for several boxes to be hauled out to junk/the dump); it turns out my stuff would have definitely been turned away at the two closest goodwills, so I was really grateful for their friendliness and expertise.
