I had an incredible experience with this moving company! They went above and beyond, making the process smooth and stress-free. Equipped with the right tools and a spacious van, they handled my large refrigerator with ease. Their knowledge and professionalism were evident every step of the way. I highly recommend them to anyone planning a move—you won’t be disappointed!

The guys were very nice but this took longer than anticipated. If folks are paying by the minute, the guys you hire should know how to address issues of limited space, needing to take doors off of refrigerators and hanging them properly when they are done. One of my doors on my fridge is not installed properly at the top and I will have to re-hang the door properly or pay someone to assist me as the doors are too heavy.

Andriy and Peter arrived ahead of schedule to pick up an appliance I had purchased. They were very prompt, bringing it inside with care and even offering to attach the hoses and set everything up. Both were incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again for any future job! 5 out of 5 stars!

I wish I had known ahead of time that they could only make one trip. I wish I had the option of a bigger truck and more movers. I wish Lugg provided better estimates of time based on amount of stuff. Not sure what the time estimate is of a two-bedroom apartment, but my two bedroom apartment without appliances took all day, and the movers arrived after the arrival window.

Arturo and Andy were beyond amazing! They helped us get a very large appliance to and in our house. We are so beyond happy with the service they provided!!!

I uploaded that it was a refrigerator. Although they did not have an appliance dolly; they delivered it in great condition.

Both Joanys and Jon were very helpful, kind and did everything they could to with my tall refrigerator. They know well about the refrigerator delivery which I was very grateful about. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Art & Peter saved the day, AND with a great price within my budget. Very professional and quick! Carried it upstairs like Hercules! Definitely recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Jose and Brian were very professional, communicative, and did a great job. I live on the 3rd floor with no elevator and they hauled a new compact appliance up stairs and old compact appliances down stairs. They also try to help me install my new dryer but I was missing parts. I am super happy with this team and with Lugg!

Edmad and Roy were awesome. I was in a bind and needed help getting some appliances from a friends house, over to my house and couldn't find anyone I knew who had a truck to help me. A client recommended LUGG and I, pretty much out of options, downloaded the app and scheduled a LUGG for a day later. Wow, I am so glad I did. What an amazing service. Edmad and Roy were on time, they immediately set to work getting my appliances out of my friend's place, into the van, and to my place. They were careful with my things and super quick getting the job done. Also, they were hilarious. Great sense of humor. I definitely will be using LUGG again and cannot recommend it enough. Also, thank you Edmad and Roy! You guys rule

Marco and Luis were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were so easy to reach on the phone and on text. They were kind and prompt and very professional. They made the entire moving experience so simple. My new furniture arrived in perfect condition and they were an A ++ delivery team. Highly recommend.

Luis and Kevin are awesome movers! They moved my 94 inch couch skilfully from my second floor apt around tight corners at the stairs, overcoming great difficulty. They moved the rest of normal furniture efficiently and professionally. As I instructed to have the whole load donate to Salvation Army, they advised me from experience what might not be accepted at the donation Center hence saving me trouble. When the donation Center declined some larger appliances, they helped contact another location and helped me donate there. They were very friendly, communicative and followed instructions. Highly recommend!

This my third time using LUGG and each time has been a great experience. This last pick up and delivery made by Edgar and Xavier went smoothly. They were friendly, careful, on time and professional.

I can’t thank Anthony and Adam enough for helping me pick up my home furnishings, bedding, dishes, small appliances, etc., just bags and bags of items for my new townhome, which literally would fill up a bedroom! I just moved to LA, and my car has not been shipped here yet, and I did not have a way of getting so many bags of items to my new townhome. Eric at Macy’s recommended Lugg, which is a delivery service, and my problem was quickly resolved. After I downloaded the app, Adam and Anthony arrived at Macy’s in 35 minutes! When they arrived at my townhome, their van exactly matched what was on their app. It was very nice, and I received very kind, respectful and professional service! I literally do not know what I would’ve done without them. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs items picked up, big or small, to be delivered to your home or place of business.

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.
