They asked if I needed their help taking the sofa out of the box and they screwed on the legs neither of which I was expecting.

Tyrone and Ryan were so helpful and professional and kind. They helped me move a really heavy couch up narrow stairs for me. I would definitely hire them again!

Sulaiman and Kenny were amazing! They delivered a large/super heavy, white sleeper sofa to my house (in the rain) that wouldn’t fit through most of my narrow doorways. They kept trying different ways-up and down stairs-and never gave up until they finally got it down to my basement. No damage to the furniture or house. I’m so thankful for them! Best movers ever. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.

They went over and above to get the job done. The building did not have a freight elevator and they had to take a 156 pound sofa down three flights of stairs! They were very fast, kind and professional! Job well done. Thank you!

Jesse and Michael were super friendly and efficient. They worked together to get the couch through our small doorway and stayed to put the feet back on the couch. They made sure the couch was where we wanted it before leaving. I appreciate their effort, 10/10 would recommend.

Jeffrey and Evelin were awesome and super friendly and kind. I live in a 3rd floor walk up with very narrow stairs and they got my couch all the way up with no harm to the walls. I’m very impressed, would 100% recommend them!

Had a couch and recliner to move within my home from the top floor to the basement. They didn’t touch a thing but the furniture. Prompt and professional. I would have left a trail of carnage in my wake if I tried it myself. Excellent experience. Thank you gentlemen!

Did an amazing job maneuvering a large couch through a tiny stairway and through small doors. I had truly given up but they were kind, patient, and so helpful. If they had been frustrated I wouldn’t have blamed them bc it was a tough job, but their spirits remained high and they worked together to make it happen. Sent from my giant comfy couch.

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

They kept us up to date on their location so we knew when to expect them. When they arrived, they quickly brought the couch to where we asked them to place it and were on their way within minutes. Because of that, we were able to prepare the room and had the couch set up within the hour with no delay.
