Movers were nice, communicative and very efficient!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Oscar & Fadil were so quick & efficient in delivering a couch to my condo. Not only did they navigate downtown traffic and street parking near the couch's origin point, but then upon arrival, they whisked the couch up 3 flights of stairs to my living room without even breaking a sweat. I'm so impressed! They were so professional and friendly and I truly appreciate that. Nicest guys too. Thank you, Lugg!

Great thanks for Freddy and David for helping with furniture moving. The wrapped my sofa with soft sheet, protect it very well, and do it in an surprised efficiency, quite a nice experience use LUGG APP and also for this nice Lugger! Will remember it to all friends who needs to moving

John and Aaron are great! They picked up my sofa from the Crate and Barrel and delivered to my apartment. They are friendly, responsive and professional. Highly recommend.

The big sofa wasn’t fit in the elevator. Corey and Antoine tried to move the sofa by stairs but it’s too long to fit the stairway. They were very patient. Though they weren’t able to deliver the sofa to the unit, appreciate their hard work

Cesar and Erik were ridiculously nice and professional and never complained once when dealing with my insanely heavy sofa which ultimately didn’t fit into my apt. What could have been a seriously stressful situation was not at all because of their professionalism. I really appreciated them.

LUGG movers always show up within the hour I choose for them to come, usually at the beginning, and always ready to do the task. They are efficient and careful workers

The guys were great, super-hard workers, very polite and professional. I did have one problem, not with them, but with the condition of my sofa…..The legs on my sofa were broken while on the truck. They were cracked and need to be repaired. The corners should have been wrapped too

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

Thomas and Antoine were amazing! They ended up having to take the sofa up the stairs instead of the elevator but still had great attitudes and the sofa wasn't damaged at all! They did a great job.

They accommodated my request to lug my original sofa upstairs. I really appreciate that they did so, and they even grabbed a moving blanket from their truck to make that happen.

They were courteous and very professional. They were very respectful of my home and new merchandise being delivered and they went the extra mile to be sure my sofa was where I wanted it and they even unwrapped it. Great job!!!

The freight elevator was too small for the sofa. Angel and Marcos went above and beyond what was required. They tried everything in the book to make it fit. They even tried moving it through the stairs. They coordinated with lugg support and delivered the sofa back to the store. Thank you so much Angel and Marcos.

Really great job. Very friendly and professional. Graciously moved a few items where the sofa would go first. The brought the new piece carefully downstairs and put in place. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service.

They're both hard workers and did a great job. My only problem is that there are no customer service numbers. The movers were about an hour and a half late. Why was it that I was assigned 2 different sets of movers? One to pock up my sofa from Macy's and bring it to my house another set of movers to take my old sofa to my daughter's apartment? A simple phone call would have fixed that. Not sure if I'd use the app again unless there is at least some phone support.
