This group of guys are great, they were able to confirm this job within just 5-10 minutes, and were very accommodating with my friend who needed help unloading her storage unit before she catches a flight in about an hour. I would recommend these guys anytime of the week, even more so when you are in a time pinch. Great job guys!

I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

They really tried to fit all my stuff and moved stuff around to make it work. They also helped me move some furniture from the garage into the house.

Attention to detail. Super communicative and helpful. Made sure to be able to get it in a single trip so I wouldn’t have to order another Lugg. They worked well together, and checked in with me, and even fixed some minor issues with my dining table (due to how previous movers put the item back together).

The delivery process was outstanding. Brian kept me up to date with the detail of the delivery. I received texts on expected delivery time and email contact for certificate of insurance needed for the delivery. Upon arrival, Brian took the time to speak with manager and everyone in the building to expedite the delivery. I am extremely great full to Brian for his patience, professionalism and wellness to solve small logistic problems from my building. He gets my outmost respect. I discovered the Lugg app from a buyer when I sold my furniture to move from FL from CA, and I’m so glad I did! Without the help of Adriel and Gregory, I would’ve had to spend much more $$ on a new sleeper sofa just so it could be delivered. They were very communicative, handled the fabric with care, and did an expert job getting it to the 6th floor. I’m very grateful to them and Lugg!
