I had an urgent move-in, but my moving company couldn’t come for a few days. Thinking it was no big deal, I decided to move my mattress myself since it was a short distance, and I had bought vacuum bags to roll it up. Turns out, I was way too confident—things didn’t go as planned, and I ended up stuck in the hallway with my mattress, completely clueless about what to do. That’s when someone recommended Lugg to me. I tried it for the first time, and YuYa and Brandon showed up like lifesavers! Their truck was big enough to not only move my mattress but also some boxes of clothes and furniture I needed. They were super friendly, professional, and worked quickly. After comparing my experience with the moving company, I have to say I prefer Lugg’s service. And Lugg is super flexible, which is perfect for ppl with last min change or unexpected needs. It was such a great experience—highly recommend!

They were both very helpful and careful to not ding our walls or drag furniture on our hardwood floors. Would definitely recommend.

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Art & Peter saved the day, AND with a great price within my budget. Very professional and quick! Carried it upstairs like Hercules! Definitely recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They are quick and gentle, and know the tricks in terms of furnitures (knowing which parts can be removed from the Lazboy and more importantly how to put these back properly). Great job!

They were very efficient time wise in moving and packing the van so that the furniture was secure and protected during the move. They were also friendly while doing the moving and packing.

Marco and Luis were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were so easy to reach on the phone and on text. They were kind and prompt and very professional. They made the entire moving experience so simple. My new furniture arrived in perfect condition and they were an A ++ delivery team. Highly recommend.

Both men were wonderful! They were efficient, respectful and careful! And even more importantly they went above and beyond by helping me with the furniture instructions and tips for how to care for my furniture. I will definitely hire Lugg and ask for Alex and Leon (although I’m sure all Lugg employees are great) again in the future for all my deliveries and moves!

Preston was very professional and friendly! Helped us pick up new furniture and move it into our new home. Process was very smooth and efficient! Highly recommend Preston in the future!

They were both very accommodating and punctual. The job was to move furniture from the mainfloor to both the upstairs and downstairs after we had new carpet installed. They move efficiently, worked well together, and listened clearly to where our items were to be returned. They also offerred assistance where needed reassembling/putting furniture back together. This was my first time using the service and definitely will consider using it again given their professionalism!

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Pleasant, polite, respectful of my furniture, and extremely competent at maneuvering a very large desk through a very narrow doorway.

Geoffrey and Joseph were the most professional and kind movers. When they picked up the furniture, they texted right away to let me know there was some damage. I informed them I was aware of it already but thought it was so conscientious of them to inform me before leaving the pick up spot. Once at our home, they carried heavy sofa up several stairs and were so careful not to touch walls. I can't say enough nice things about these two guys. Highly recommend them and Lugg. This is my third time using service and it's been wonderful each time.

Very professional and very careful with the piece of furniture that they were delivering. Moved things out of the way that would necessary to bring the furniture in and put it back where it belonged.

They did a great job with delivering our furniture sofa. We had stairs and it was hard to take the furniture to upstairs, thanks a lot for kindly helping with it.

They had to remove door hinges and take apart one piece of furniture to get it in. I had not planned for that and I greatly appreciated they were able to do it.
