Absolutely fantastic experience using Lugg for the first time. My movers were very personable, creative with making things fit, and patient and kind. I’d love for all my future Lugg moves to be exactly like this!

Robert and Elijah are expert movers - they had to figure out how to get a big couch down some gnarly stairs and openings. They were so fantastic and I am just so lucky to have had their help. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! movers were amazing, the service/operation team was not. support team was constantly sending my messages to somewhere and the moving itself got even more stressful than I wished.

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

They came quickly and loaded all of our donations into the back of their Sprinter van. Goodwill kind of screwed us because they said they take furniture on their website. But thankfully, our Luggers found a new family for our chairs outside of the Goodwill. Life is funny but I'm happy they went to a new home!

William and Tauren were the absolute best movers—they were so professional, friendly, and efficient. They went above and beyond with their service, and the move went without a hitch. They even helped me get rid of my current couch/put it on the curb. And we had such great conversations in the short time they were here! I would 1000% hire them to move again!

This my third time using LUGG and each time has been a great experience. This last pick up and delivery made by Edgar and Xavier went smoothly. They were friendly, careful, on time and professional.

He picked up items for donation very efficiently, and arrive at drop off before it opened. He stuck around to see if there was a way to drop it off and someone was able to let him in. Lansana really made my day with his persistence and helped take a huge weight off my shoulders!
