I was totally satisfied with the delivery. The two gentlemen were professional and efficient in every way. The two men’ also did my delivery prior. I highly recommend Lugg to others. The communication was great. You lived up to your commitments.

Erick picked up a tablet and stylus at a Best Buy in Boston for me as we live in South Carolina to deliver to our nephew who was in the hospital. Despite having texts from me and photos of the email confirmations from Best Buy, they would not release one of the items to him. He was very persistent with them as I had texted him about our nephew and he called me to speak with Best Buy employees. Luckily they gave the items to him. He offered to even take the items to our nephew directly if he was allowed to his room. It was very kind of him. I wasn’t sure if our nephew was being discharged, so needed someone to deliver to the hospital instead of relying on Best Buy delivery. Very grateful!

Such wonderful service! Timely and was able to track the entire pick up and delivery. Both Tiago an Hamza provided exceptional service and were very kind as well. Will definitely be using Lugg again in the future!

Lance & Juan were so friendly and communicative throughout the delivery process. They were very careful with my furniture and managed to get a difficult sleeper sofa I through a tight doorway. I love the Lugg service!!

They are very professional, taking pictures before packing furniture and after unpacking furniture, detailing the details of the furniture before and after moving.

They were polite and very respectful. Excellent job. I already tipped them. My issue though is with your logistics. I kept getting updated text which I appreciate. That’s a good thing to do. What’s not a good thing to do is to tell the client to expect them in 15 minutes and then tell them in the next text that there was a glitch and it would be an hour and a half later before the delivery would show up. There’s no way you can tell me that 15 minutes before, the initial pick up you didn’t have an idea that something was going wrong . I could’ve been doing a lot of other things during that time instead, I was Waiting in my new home where I could not be productive for a delivery that was coming in hour and a half later. Your logistics team needs to do a better job

Handled my delivery professional: Communicated time of arrival, handled furniture with care, and were very polite. I would definitely use them again.

Denson and Edward were careful with moving our furniture into the house, with the help of my husband as it was over 200 lbs. Plus, there were a dozen steps to get to the house. First time using Luggs. You must download their app and entered a credit card on file before a move can be scheduled regardless what Homesense told you. I wasn't a fan of installing apps and was concern at first that there isn't a phone number and they use AI as an agent. But it was pretty straight forward and they texted me every step of way on the day of delivery and arrived right on time and in perfect condition. Price is fair. Highly recommend.

Very hot day today, getting my 1 sofa in out of 2 was not easy., They made it work! Would give them more stars if I could! Nice respectful men. Will let people know about Lugg delivery. My 1st experience with this company and I am very pleased.

Furniture safely delivered. Very nice and informative movers. Communication regarding time of delivery was excellent. Definitely met my expectations.

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

This team was great. They were called in for another team running late. They made it through Friday traffic from Boston and completed delivery in a timely manner. Friendly, careful and courteous!
