Ramiro and Fadil were on time, extremely professional, friendly and made the move effortless. They carried some of our furniture to the 4th floor via stairs with utmost care. Everything was possible, and done with care and a smile. You gained customers for life!

They kept me informed well throughout the process. They also were super careful with the furniture piece they picked up and delivered. Could not asked for a better crew.

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

They were incredible! Great at communication before they picked up item and upon delivery. The furniture piece was tricky to move into my 3rd floor condo. They did amazing problem solving to move it safely and quickly upstairs. They were so helpful and fast. I would use them again to move anything! Fantastic!

Oscar and Nikos were fantastic!! From start to finish they provided exceptional service. Our furniture was in such good hands with them. Communication was excellent. They set up our sectional exactly where we wanted it. Most importantly, they were incredibly polite and thoughtful! What wonderful service! I highly recommend Lugg and our Luggers were 5 stars! These guys were prompt, professional and worked quickly. We will be using them in the future for our other delivery needs. Highly suggest using them.

Worked well, the guys were nice. 5 stars because the furniture came back intact, but one piece of feedback - they should take the time to read the notes, because they missed one receipt, they didn't read the comments on what items should be picked up. Came back with the other stuff on their own dime, my husband got compelled to tip them more with cash - which I didn't think was our duty to help them out for their mistake.

This my third time using LUGG and each time has been a great experience. This last pick up and delivery made by Edgar and Xavier went smoothly. They were friendly, careful, on time and professional.

Isaac and Fadil were extremely polite, caring and professional. They did quality work in a short amount of time, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond, and made every effort to make sure none of my things were damaged, nor any of my walls or anything. They wrapped our furniture in pads, came prepared with so much equipment to protect our stuff. I am a lifelong Lugg user because of an amazing crew like Fadil and Isaac

Aaron and Jose are very professional. They took extreme care with our furniture item and worked with us to place extra padding on the floor before placing the item in its location.

Ramiro and Fadil were very professional, prompt, and helpful. Not only did they pick up early, but they also helped me get furniture protector pads on the feet of my couch and helped me get it set up. This was a tricky delivery - two wide couches up a wrapping staircase - but these two made it look easy. Thank you!

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! This was my first time using Lugg and I’m so happy I did it. Leonel and Jose were very professional and polite. I was moving a large piece of vintage wood furniture with different parts. They dissembled the piece and loaded it into their van very quickly. When they moved it into my apartment, they were very careful not to damage the wood, which is impressive considering I live up three flights of narrow spiral stairs. They exceeded my expectations in terms of timing and I would definitely hire again.

Issac and Fadil were great. My original Luggers canceled and these guys picked it up. They were on time, communicative, and super nice. Issac even took the extra time to help me understand how to assemble my furniture. Thank you!

Absolutely awesome service! They moved some incredibly heavy furniture for my organization and did it so quickly. They were careful not to hit walls and communicated well through the whole process. Cannot recommend enough!
