Highly recommend these guys, they took really great care of my things. I had some really heavy planters that had to come down from a third floor, and they were able to handle it.

Once again, Lugg came through for me. Fast pickup and delivery with no damage or hassle. Reasonable price. Would definitely use again.

Anthony called me to make sure they could deliver my large plant’s safely. Both Sergio and Anthony were very friendly and professional.

Darbin and Santiago figured out a way to pack a sprinter fan with 3 piece sectional couch, cal king mattress, bedframe, 4 drawer dresser, 2 night stands, 6 x 6ft long plants, rolling chair, 6 ft decorative house plant….then expertly maneuvered these items into my 2 BR apartment that was on the second floor. Along with their friendly service, they are seriously lowering my stress level during a stressful move. Thank you so much!

Secured plants well which are difficult to transport, and maneuvered stairs, the heat, and a challenging corner for install. Did it swiftly, efficiently, and without damaging anything.

This was not an easy job. They were amazing. They set up my plants the way I wanted and even turned one around for me so I could determine the best angle. All my plants arrived in tack. and happy.

This my third time using LUGG and each time has been a great experience. This last pick up and delivery made by Edgar and Xavier went smoothly. They were friendly, careful, on time and professional.

Humberto and Abraham were excellent. They showed up early and were clean, efficient, careful and kind. I didn’t know what to expect from Lugg - and was pleasantly surprised. They moved a heavy dresser and side table set, dining room table with eight chairs, and some living room furniture. They even moved house plants. Everything was carefully wrapped and moved quickly. If all of their movers are as good then this is a great service. Even my Mother-in-Law (who expects a lot) was impressed “They are very good I must say”. My Father-in-Law couldn’t believe such a service existed and had nothing but good things to say. Thanks Guys!

These guys were top notch. I rarely give any reviews, and when I do, it’s almost always when the product or service is awful. I feel obliged to leave a review for these guys as they were exceptional movers with great attitudes. They were extremely careful wrapping and moving all the pieces, including some very expensive pieces and some delicate plants and fragile pieces of art. Job well done.

Great professional team! Did an outstanding job moving a challenging item: a very large tree that needed to be well strapped in and well protected. Of course there any never any guarantees with plants, but I could tell my tree was in the best possible hands and it did arrive intact. Great job!

Edgar & Marcos were two INCREDIBLE humans who made our day so much better and less stressful. What ended up being the hottest week of the year, they moved our apartment SO fast, and we’re just absolutely thrilled we got matched with them. They were not only efficient, but they moved our things so delicately, which means the world since we had a lot of fragile decor, expensive wine & wine glasses, plants, and VERY meaningful art. What could’ve been a very stressful day was made to be smooth by these two. Thank you guys so so so much!!

They helped do a simple delivery and dealt with a few heavy plants. They offered to flatten the cardboard boxes that carried the plants. Thank you!

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Speedy service! Broke a plant but overall can’t complain as they were super efficient and didn’t complain about the weather conditions or driveway hill.

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Carlos was very helpful to put the Christmas tree up in the house and placing the trees and bird of paradise in the back yard. He then also helped us by moving around some of our large potted plants to make it look right again after adding the bird of paradise.
