They even called me to let me know there was damage to the sofa I purchased. They didn't know it was a clearence item from the furniture store. On time and friendly!

Marco and Luis were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were so easy to reach on the phone and on text. They were kind and prompt and very professional. They made the entire moving experience so simple. My new furniture arrived in perfect condition and they were an A ++ delivery team. Highly recommend.

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Good communication about timing of pickup and delivery. Were also very flexible when I needed to meet them at the store to coordinate pick-up.

I was concerned at first that the Lugg members had to meet my wife at a furniture delivery store in Sacramento. Guillermo and Steven were prompt - they actually showed up early with a call stating they were there and ready. My wife was amazed how professional they were and went over and beyond of quality service. I'll definitely use Lugg again and will recommend to family and friends. Thank you

I was extremely disappointed with the price I had a lot of cardboard from moving into a new place they loaded their van in 5 to 10 minutes headed to the dump which was 9 miles away charge me 120+ dollars for the short distance that they came and went and then charge me an additional $25 dump fee it was cheaper to have three pieces of furniture picked up at a store in Davis move to Woodland to the second story of my condo .. unhappy with the cost!!!!!

Best mover experience ever! Ted & Joey were very efficient, helpful, friendly & professional! They moved a heavy large lateral file cabinet from an office store to my home. They were very patient as I attached felt pads to prevent scratching my refinished hardwood floors. I fully trusted their expertise. Well worth the money!!

They were on time, knew exactly how to handle the task and went beyond to return my elliptical to a store manager so I didn’t have to go to the store. Would highly recommend these 2 and would love to hire them again! 10 stars would be a better rating!

Derec was great and Darnell was polite but complain about how heavy the table was and yes it was heavy about 200 pounds. The problem was The double front door will only open on one side So I gave him instructions on how that would go through the door and also help them carried the table in. I gave you five stars because I am a business owner and I understand a long day and the last stop on a Saturday but there was white paint on the table leg that had to come off the van but fortunately I got it off with some goo gone. I looked at this table pretty close at the store because it was kind of a scratch and dent place for lack of better words but there seem to be a few extra blemishes but giving the guys the benefit of the doubt I covered them up when they furniture marker. I’m giving you this long winded message so the guys can always have a spirit of excellence and everything they do no matter if it’s the first or the last stop of the day. I know the furniture store also called for a pick up truck when it needed a larger vehicle which I had mentioned. Thank you for your fast prompt delivery which was appreciated. This is the first time using Lugg and was not aware of this kind of service.

These two were amazing!! They didn’t mind waiting at all while I got everything together for the couch at the store. They’re super friendly and got the couch up 3 flights of stairs. Would definitely recommend!

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Super quick, very kind and double checked my order or it would not have been complete. He caught an error that was the store error and saved me a trip!

Ted was willing to go above and beyond to help move a piece of furniture that needed to be returned and he also returned to the store voluntarily and without complaint when the store forgot to include a piece of furniture and mounting hardware that should have been included in the original delivery.

Omar caught a defect in my table at pick up point and Manager of store was able to replace table . They saved me a lot of trouble !

Jesus was awesome. He helped my dad and I deliver the boxes that we purchased at the store upstairs in our loft when, initially, I thought he only would be able to bring the items to our front door or inside our garage. He was very helpful and his service was much appreciated!
