Marco and Luis were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were so easy to reach on the phone and on text. They were kind and prompt and very professional. They made the entire moving experience so simple. My new furniture arrived in perfect condition and they were an A ++ delivery team. Highly recommend.

Joey was amazing. He went out of his way to address an issue with pick-up (non-Lugg related). They were prompt, respectful, patient, careful and took care with item and exact placement. I am definitely going to call them again for furniture movement. Very pleased.

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

They were very friendly hard-working and fast. They both are a great team. I had a shelf that needed to be disassembled and didn't know how to take it down on my own. Semisi took it down easily. Jamal impressed me with hold two tvs's. They both reassured me everything will fit and made sure everything was placed where I wanted. They were very careful handling every item. Thanks Guys!

There were glitches with the app & confusion about where to pickup; however, he went to different places until he found the right place. I appreciate the follow thru & muscle. My heavy, but fragile items were delivered intact.

Super professional and quick. They picked up all the boxes of the Ikea Pax set from IKEA and brought it in to the house and carefully placed it in the bedroom. Greatly appreciate their work!

We bought a table from someone over the FB marketplace and we weren’t at the place of pickup to help, although the seller was rude and didn’t help, he didnt cancel and did it all by himself embracing the situation. Totally good experience for us and will use Lug for other moving stuff.
