Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

Lugg was a great solution for me with a property closing date that was up in the air. The flexibility allowed me to reschedule and delay the movers arrival without penalty. They showed up on time, we're professional, and did a great job.

This is the best Lugg experience I have ever had. They got in, moved quickly and efficiently. Loaded the truck in about 45 minutes. Unloaded the truck at my storage unit in about 20 minutes. The placed the most important item to me exactly where I asked them to and expertly packet my 10x10 storage unit. Even had room left over! Great set of movers!!

Punctual, courteous and did an amazing job. All while dealing w/water dripping from the ceiling (indoor unit) I will be returning some things back to storage. I will ask to have David and Amir move me again!

I had a fantastic experience with Lugg movers! The team was incredibly careful and professional while delivering a heavy marble top coffee table to our home. They ensured it was safely brought into our family room and placed exactly where we wanted it. Their attention to detail and care for the table was impressive. Highly recommend their service!

They worked so hard for us! We had a complicated move with some furniture going into a storage pod & some moving to another residence. Never once did I hear a discourteous or discouraging word from either of them! They were both good-natured & pleasant throughout the day. These guys were super communicative during the whole move. They had to wait for my elderly dad to unlock a storage unit. They were super friendly to him and also had to deal with hauling an extremely awkward / load. These guys were thoughtful about what they were moving and respectful of how they were handling the items / navigating the house. A perfect move!!!

Excellent service. Very friendly and experienced movers. Stated will be between 1pm to 2pm and they were already picking up our item and delivered it by 1:15pm. Very prompt and would definitely use this service again. Thank you

Our movers were amazing! They were on time, efficient and very careful with our things. They were also very respectful and courteous. 10/10 would recommend.

They helped me sort and move boxes and furniture into other storage units. They were efficient, cheerful, understood my plan, and handled the items with care.

They were prompt and courteous even before we ran into some struggle with the size of the couch and the arrangement of the doorway. Semisi was quick to brainstorm and had a tape measure handy to ensure fitting the couch through a window would work. Jamal was right there with assistance the whole time. Both movers had can-do attitudes and didn’t complain about carrying a couch all over the yard. 10/10 experience with these guys.

I have always been satisfied with your movers as I was with them. I will use you again and refer you. I gave a cash tip so that is the reason I selected no tip. I like to tip cash whenever possible.
