They were super friendly and on time. Overall it felt semi-professional and they could be a little more efficient (I had to point them towards Dollys at the storage unit to speed up the process because they only had a mini roller). They could wrap fragile things (I asked for a painting to be wrapped, but in the end they didn't do it). They forgot two draws of a drawer on the street, which I will need to drive over to the storage, that was a little unfortunate.

Excellent job moving large pieces of furniture carefully out of storage. Friendly, polite, and professional.

When we got to my storage locker the management people wouldn't let me in. I was stuck but Tiago & Hamza waited and helped me find another storage locker. Those dudes even gave me a lift to the new place. I can honestly say they're amazing and genuine people.

They were amazingly friendly, positive, and communicative. I couldn’t have asked for better movers. I would absolutely hire them again!

I never knew you could fit so much stuff into a Toyota Tacoma -- they saved me another trip to the storage facility!

I was under the impression that the movers were just going to unload the couch I bought on the curb. Dennis and Romario brought it to the loading dock, unloaded it, and even brought it to the apartment. I was very happy with their effort. They were also super friendly the entire time. Quick, careful, observant, friendly, communicative. These luggers are about as good as movers get. I hired these two to move my home items from a 5×15 Somerville storage unit to a Waltham 1BR apartment. They arrived before their scheduled window, loaded all my things with speed and care, and checked I was ready to go under an hour. I encountered some bad traffic during the moving trip and reached my apartment some time after them, but they were patient and out of their van the moment they saw me arrive. The final drop-off was quick and painless, and they were quick to put my things right where I needed them. If I could hire these guys for my next move, I would.

AMAZING 🤩 TOTAL PROS Nathan and Jason were timely and extremely professional. They brought plastic furniture wrap, moving blankets, etc and took great caution with walls and common areas in both buildings. Lugg was a great solution for me with a property closing date that was up in the air. The flexibility allowed me to reschedule and delay the movers arrival without penalty. They showed up on time, we're professional, and did a great job.

We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.
