Alex is the best. Absolute professional! He took an enormous amount of pride in his work, he was extremely courteous with everyone and treated my furniture as if it were his own. He offered advise and provided solutions as the furniture he was moving presented challenges. I had restoration hardware furniture that was extremely heavy and difficult to move and he stuck with it and an amazing attitude. I honestly couldn’t have made the move without him, he even acembled the furniture. If you want the type of service a long time friend would provide then Alex is the man for the job.

Great guys, super teamwork, very efficient and friendly! Thank you for a great team this move Helped take apart and put back together my bedroom set and even created new grooves in the old screws that the last mover stripped away. I went to the hardware store but they gave me too small screws and Octavio improvised. Super guys, great work!

Tyler and Darius were true professionals. They arrived promptly for pickup and destination locations, communicated en route with expected arrival and departure times with accuracy. They were respectful, worked hard and efficiently. This request was unique and hardship for them requiring heavy lifting of computer hardware but they came through. No minute was wasted while they loaded and unloaded, there was no lag time. They are exemplary representation of Lugg, I would highly recommend them.

Thanks for the awesome customer service that I received from Jeremiah. The day prior one of my coffee tables was left behind at the Restoration Hardware Warehouse Sale. I was assisted by some great individuals to get my issue resolved. They assured me that they would locate my table and deliver it to me. I had a bad feeling about my table being missing and through I should make the 2 1/2 hour drive back to the store. I then received a call from Jeremiah telling me he located my table and would be delivering it to me. This made my day....not only did he save me hours on the road but he provided excellent customer service. I want to thank all the Lugg staff involved in getting my issue resolved. Awesome Customer Service!!!

Absolutely amazing guys! My dining table required a very difficult installation with unusual hardware; Jose and Raul were unfazed, super creative, and prepared with extra tools and supplies. They were also on schedule, very courteous, and very careful. Can’t say enough good things! Thank you

Danovan & Jesus were fantastic! They wrapped my 2 piece hutch up and transported from Marin to San Francisco. They arrived on-time, and worked with ease to get it up to my 3rd floor apartment, They set the piece in place & secured the 2 pieces with hardware that came with piece. Very friendly & super careful in stairways etc! Thank you very much! 5 Star Service!🏆

The initial booking was a huge problem, it took me three hours to book the truck along with aide from restoration hardware. Once booked the experience was great.

Picked us and moved the couch and the. Took the time to tighten the hardware on the couch. Did a great job and very pleasant men!

Shawneice and Joy were fantastic! They helped sort out a missing item at the warehouse and made sure Restoration Hardware found it. And then they were able to navigate a huge and heavy console through the tight front door of my apartment. I didn't think it was going to fit but they figured out! Super strong Experts!! I originally requested a truck that would have been too small. I changed to a larger truck not long before the scheduled pick up time, and these two gentlemen came from San Jose to Santa Cruz. They carefully wrapped the furniture in a mat to keep it from getting scratched, and delivered the extra shelves and hardware. They kept me informed about their progress, worked quickly and efficiently, explained the billing process, and we're pleasant and professional. I am very glad I chose Lugg for this job, and I will not hesitate to use Lugg in the future.

They were efficient and friendly and had equipment to help move all of our items. They also made sure we had all of the necessary hardware. Great job!

Lugg does a phenomenal job of vetting their workforce and Khaled is a shining example of what you’d look for when securing these types of services. Khaled was genuinely kind, respectful and trustworthy and went out of his way to ensure my tasks were done in an efficient and quality focused manner. I originally hired them to move/assemble a bed but when it wasn’t delivered on time, Khaled graciously agreed (on the spot) to assemble my bbq and outdoor furniture, which absolutely saved me as I was hosting a party the next day and stressed out about it. The hardware was a kit with an allen wrench and instead of using up time and adding costs, Khaled went to his truck and found a tool that sped up the work and kept him from staying much later. I’m a single mom and although strong and savvy, I’m unable to do certain tasks that require a lot of muscle or extensive contractor-type knowledge so I value Lugg. I will absolutely hire Lugg again and again so long as they keep employing and delivering class acts like Khaled!

Thank you for a perfect job moving a long and heavy Restoration Hardware dresser. It was a pleasure to have two polite and extremely skilled movers.

These guys moved a HUGE restoration hardware bed for me and went above and beyond. It was wrapped beautifully and they even went so far as to give advice about how I can bring it up the stairs later. Very much appreciated!!

Keith and Adi were AWESOME!!! They were very careful in moving our table into our condo. These guys had great customer service. Hope we have them again when we need something to be moved. We didn't know about this service until we were at Restoration Hardware. Great service!! Thank you so much!!

Mike was awesome! He basically offered to go to Cole Hardware, picked up the missing tools to dismantle the table, and carefully moved it. Germaine was also good but Mike was really kind, nice, and empathetic. This is a great service! Thanks, Lugg!

Robert and Adam were friendly, kind, and professional. They took care of things quickly and thoughtfully. They went above and beyond as they organized our belongings and tightened some loose hardware. What a great, hardworking team!

I am leaving 5 stars because I know ratings are so important for the people doing the work and I believe that the mistakes made this evening are not reflective of their care and abilities. Accidents happen. I was specific that this unit had glass shelves and that they should be removed and wrapped separately. Unfortunately the unit was wrapped with the heavy glass shelves inside. During transport the shelves moved, causing damage to the interior of the cabinet and to the shelves themselves. The hardware is missing for one of the shelves.

Ricardo and Phillip were wonderful. They had to adjust the hardware on the headboard to attach it to the wall. Very courteous and kind young men
