Dmetry and Jonathan were wonderful! Friendly, called ahead, arrived within the window at the time they said they would. Very careful moving my dresser down a flight and up a flight at the drop off location and even helped me reposition a piece of heavy furniture in my new bedroom. They were great and would recommend Lugg!

Francisco was personable, communicative, fast, and helpful. He knows how to move items properly and was genuinely friendly with us. What a great introduction to the Lugg service!

Cesar and Francisco did a great job of moving my stuff. They helped me with packaging up the last few boxes when I ran out of tape, and they carried all of my stuff in the rain for half a block at the destination due to the lack of nearby parking. I’d recommend them to anyone else doing a small move.

There was only one functioning elevator in our building which delayed our move. John & Ahmed were patient and waited for our turn to use the elevator despite the crumby situation in our building. They made sure everything fit and were careful with our furniture. They also pre-flagged a damaged part of the couch at pickup from the furniture store to ensure that we still wanted to accept delivery. I’d hire them again and highly recommend them. Thanks!

Cesar and Francisco were fast, respectful and so friendly. Communication was excellent and timely. They delivered our sofa with care and we were so grateful! Would highly recommend them!

Casar and Francisco were awesome. However, there is something off with the calculation of the timing. The time calculation you did split into two parts made it seem like they were here about 33% longer than they actually were. There was no origin and destination, it was all within my house. But they were super nice guys

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Aston and Edward were excellent at handling my new furniture. The furniture was wrapped and well protected. I definitely would recommend Lugg for moving. The app was easy to use. The store where I purchased the furniture recommended another delivery service but they had so many bad reviews and they had a app that was difficult to use. Lugg is the best!

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Art & Peter saved the day, AND with a great price within my budget. Very professional and quick! Carried it upstairs like Hercules! Definitely recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

William and Isaiah were extremely professional- they showed up on time, wrapped the furniture securely, and helped me get it into place in my apartment. Cesar and Francisco did an amazing job! When we found my delivery couldn’t fit in the building’s elevator, they immediately offered to carry it up the stairs to the 6th floor. They got it up there and found a way to fit it in my apartment perfectly. Very friendly and professional, highly recommend.
