Everything was packed and transported with care, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where I needed it. Great experience! The movers showed up on time and texted me when they were 10 minutes away. They loaded everything quickly and efficiently. My apartment is on the 3rd floor with no service elevator. They did an amazing job getting everything up the stairs. I will definitely use Lugg in the future.

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

I didn’t look carefully at the dimensions in the app. This is a lugging service; they do small loads. They are not whole-house movers. It was easy to make a appointment on the app and the communication was fantastic.

Rocky and Gloria were the movers for my fist Lugg project. They delivered my Ikea finds in a fast & professional manner. Gloria persistently kept calling me until I finally looked outside & realized it wasn't scammers calling 🤣 Fortunately she didn't seem annoyed, just sweet & very helpful. Thanks to both for making my first experience memorable & being such great humans. (tipped in cash) I will be using & recommending Lugg from now on.

This was our first time using Lugg and we were so happy with the service we received. We needed to move a refrigerator at the last minute and Lugg provided same day service at a good price. The movers were very professional, communicative, and knowledgeable. The app made managing the booking extremely easy and convenient. Lugg was a life saver! Sulaiman and Kenny were amazing! They delivered a large/super heavy, white sleeper sofa to my house (in the rain) that wouldn’t fit through most of my narrow doorways. They kept trying different ways-up and down stairs-and never gave up until they finally got it down to my basement. No damage to the furniture or house. I’m so thankful for them! Best movers ever. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
