The drop off took longer than i anticipated and had a $188 additional charge the app did not make me aware of. The movers were great the app let me down. I would have taken different measures if I’d known about the recycle charge.

LUGG is a great resource! I have used LUGGers for a number of events over the last few years. Everything from standard moving of furniture to helping me move/sort boxes during a big garage cleanup. The people who come are always very courteous and helpful.....always willing to help in any way they can. I highly recommend their services -- a life saver for those of us with a bad back issue (my husband) OR for those of us who have okay backs but are not able to lift over 20 lbs.

Julio was awesome! We had a difficult move and needed a mattress brought to our new apt building. Access to the building was difficult and complicated but Julio navigated everything with ease and did an amazing job! Best part of our entire move!

I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful these two gentlemen were!  Sergio and Eddy were incredible!!  Not only were they super strong and efficient, but they were organized, caring and thoughtful.  There is no way I could have ever completed this move without these two men helping.  Sergio and Eddy worked tirelessly to ensure that everything was unloaded and then moved to the proper areas all while protecting my belongings and the facility.  Both men were so kind and polite! I would hire Eddy and Sergio in a heartbeat again, and I will definitely be referring them out to friends and family alike! They are the best! Thank you so much!!!
