Amazing movers. We had a slight hiccup at ikea but they were very understanding. Amazing people all around!

Communication was great as I was not home to receive the delivery but they were awesome in the app and via text to speak with my husband who was home.

Michael and Jerome were very kind and great at communicating. They were considerate, humorous, and very effective movers.

LUGG is a great resource! I have used LUGGers for a number of events over the last few years. Everything from standard moving of furniture to helping me move/sort boxes during a big garage cleanup. The people who come are always very courteous and helpful.....always willing to help in any way they can. I highly recommend their services -- a life saver for those of us with a bad back issue (my husband) OR for those of us who have okay backs but are not able to lift over 20 lbs.

Seamless operation from beginning to end. As a guy who appreciates devising a plan that is executed to perfection, Kemar and Terrance were exceptional in their performance. I researched an IKEA purchase, and got my family moving early on Sunday morning to put eyes on my final selection. Although IKEA's website said delivery was not available in our area (NW DC), they told me about Lugg after the purchase. I scheduled a mid-afternoon, same-day delivery. I went home, cleared the space to accept the delivery, and took the family to brunch. While receiving real-time updates and needing to complete a few other errands, I sent the family home to meet Kemar & Terrance and continued with our other "missions." Kemar & Terrence arrived promptly at the opening of the scheduled delivery window, unloaded our purchases efficiently and carefully, and were on their way. Their professionalism during the delivery was particularly noteworthy. Coming from my Wife, this is extremely high praise as she does not issue it lightly. I recommend these guys without any hesitation. Nicely Done Gentlemen!

Both of these guys were patient. The item we requested for delivery ended up being way heavier than we realized—and we live in a Cape Cod style home—they showed a lot of patience and quick thinking to make sure it fit. Thank you both for your hard work!

They were excellent! Very friendly and communicative and even insisted on bringing my coach into my home after carrying it up two flights of stairs with ease. Would highly recommend!

Michael and Jerome were honestly amazing. They were very communicative throughout the process. They were very familiar on how CB2 works. When they delivered it into my home they did an amazing job. I had run out and had car issues and was stuck away from home when Michael and William were scheduled to arrive. They were extremely helpful in coordinating with me and my neighbor to get my package safely into my building. They were very responsive throughout the delivery time and very friendly. Great people, great movers, and I appreciate all they did for me.

Really great job, exceeded all of my expectations. When there was a delay in pickup, Lugg upgraded my van to a box which was very appreciated. The movers texted me every step of the way before their arrival.

Moving isn't a fever anymore. I've used Lugg 2 times, and each time it was 5*. I don't have to watch them, they managed to to everything perfectly by themselves. Thanks.

Michael and Jerome are the most professional movers I've ever have a pleasure of working with. They're both extremely courteous, careful, and professional both in timing and in making sure that the move went flawless and there wasn't a trace of damage.

The table was securely placed in their truck, and they were very careful when bringing it into our home. These guys were absolutely amazing! I’ve never seen movers that could Tetris like this and I’m quite an experience Mover.
