Extraordinary care, compassion, communication from pick up to delivery. Respectful with property, furniture and with client. Arrived on time and were efficient in moving time. Had great communication including a laugh during a very stressful move. I will only use Paul and Mohammed for my moving needs and highly recommend these two consummate professionals!

Carlos and David did an amazing job helping me deliver a 77 inch TV, they not only came ready to protect the TV with furniture blankets but also had the necessary tools to remove the stand to ensure a safe delivery. Would use this service and them again! 5 stars!

I use Lugg for my clients whenever needed. (I'm a Professional Organizer, helping clients declutter their homes, offices, storage units; help clients pack/move/unpack.) So Lugg has come in super handy!! I just learned about them about a month ago. They've been in business 3 yrs. Soooo smart to start a company for on demand, small, local moves! Gives people a way to make quick cash same day with tips. Gives customers a way to get things they shopped for but can haul in their car. Gives my clients a way to de-clutter their space by selling or donating their large items! Tip! Donate furniture and building supplies (bricks, tile, ladders, tools, carpet, rugs, whatever) to the local Habitat for Humanity donation center! Lugg will drive it there!

Absolutely amazing service from these two polite and considerate gentlemen. As soon as we put in our request for delivery Manuel and Gabriel showed up to the furniture store and delivered our couch PLUS set it up all within an hours time. I'm very glad we were referred to them and would highly recommend their services to everyone! We will definitely be using them again in the near future. Thank you both!

RC was very professional and courteous. He communicated well at each step of the pickup and delivery process. I let him know I would arrive home a few minutes after he was scheduled to and he was willing to wait for me to deliver the package. I didn't know about Lugg before this delivery but will definitely keep in mind for thr future.

Great communication through the whole process, picked up on short notice for same day delivery. Carried in our large and heavy item carefully and placed it exactly where asked. Would use this service again. Carlos and Carlos were great!

Item in my order was not included in the delivery. Anthropology sent me a receipt of my order which reflects 2 items. Additionally, I scheduled a pickup for 2 items and provided pictures
