Eder and Kevin were so wonderful! Not only did they carry my new very heavy couch up two flights of stairs, they even took the hinges off my apartment door when the couch wouldn't fit through it. And they were nice and patient throughout even though it was a difficult situation! Thank you, Eder and Kevin!

Fantastic! I had only 45 minutes to pick up a sleeper couch and ottoman I found on Craigslist. Wellington and Omar arrived right away and were attentive, efficient, and accommodating. This was a huge relief because my living room rug is white and the weather was storming buckets!

Diego and Barasa were so helpful and kind! They showed up not just on time but early and were patient as we waited for the seller to arrive. They made my couch purchase stress-free and I can’t thank them enough.

We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.

This was the most insanely convenient experience ever… Bought a couch from FB marketplace… Rafael was at the seller’s house within eight minutes of using the app… he was super professional, kind, upbeat about moving this couch through a couple tricky doorways… Great attitude, super nice guy… Incredible experience! Wow-I’m so glad I didn’t rent a U-Haul and have to sign contracts, track down friends etc. etc. Beyond five stars for Raphael

I met them on the receiving end and they were quick and efficient with the drop off. I didn’t ask them to disassemble the legs on the couch, but they did that when they picked it up - seemed unnecessary and just added more work on my side when the item was dropped off. All in all, fine service

Askari and Jason moved a very heavy 1880s fainting couch across town, up treacherous stairs and through the narrow halls of my abode with a gentle ease that could only be described as graceful.

Juve and Rob were great, at the end they even asked if I wanted them to lift the couch so I could put my cables through. I could not have been happier with their customer service.

Julio & Davi were really fast picking up the sofa at the first destination & got it up my house in 11 minutes! The couch they moved in & the one they removed for me were both very heavy. They were able to handle them both without any problems. I would hire them again

I didn’t realize how long my couch was and wouldn’t fit in the elevator in my building. The person I got the couch from (FB Marketplace) recommended Lugg and I was so grateful because I was panicking. Anthony and Julian were so thorough and quite quick, especially considering it was 4 flights of stairs, and a tough fit through the last door due to the length of the couch. They were very careful and I was just so so grateful they were here and able to get it done! I would absolutely use Tugg again if needed in the future. They also told me that most of their jobs are FB Marketplace pick ups and deliveries and it’s so good to know for future reference! Thank you SOOOOO much Anthony and Julian!

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

They were quick and efficient. There were some difficult turns but they were able to maneuver my large couch and squeeze it through the doors. I would hire them again.

They were not only on time but a few minutes early. When we got to my place, to make room for the new couch, they moved my old couch from the house to the back of my friend's truck in the driveway. I was also concerned about fitting the new couch through the front door, which was narrower than the norm because the house was built in the 1930s when everything was smaller(!). But they were careful and watched the edges/corners, and they made it look easy. Great service all around.
