Mark and Jesse were amazing movers!! They were extremely helpful and professional and even helped me get items up into my difficult to reach loft.

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.

Great experience! The movers showed up on time and texted me when they were 10 minutes away. They loaded everything quickly and efficiently. My apartment is on the 3rd floor with no service elevator. They did an amazing job getting everything up the stairs. I will definitely use Lugg in the future.

They were punctual, professional, extremely nice, and frankly I never saw movers so fast and efficient in my life! It was amazing watching them work together and move heavy boxes so easily and with attention to safety. 👍👍👍

Great service, nice, and quick! worked around the traffic safely! But not their fault really, I think That an item was left in the back of the truck, a shower curtain rod.

Rocky and Gloria were the movers for my fist Lugg project. They delivered my Ikea finds in a fast & professional manner. Gloria persistently kept calling me until I finally looked outside & realized it wasn't scammers calling 🤣 Fortunately she didn't seem annoyed, just sweet & very helpful. Thanks to both for making my first experience memorable & being such great humans. (tipped in cash) I will be using & recommending Lugg from now on.

They were assigned to me last minute, since the truck that was originally assigned to be (to arrive 2pm - 3 pm) was just leaving New York at 3:00, ETA to me was 2 hours. Richard & Nicholas came and were very nice & moved my things in no time.

Jesse and Rocky were incredibly friendly, efficient, fast and professional. With a full XL truck, pickup and delivery was each completed in less than 45 minutes. My items were not damaged or missing. Thank you Lugg for hiring such talented movers!

All of the above. They were very professional ! I reserved an X-LARGE truck, they arrived in a large (which I will reach out to some about) they managed to get all my stuff in the large, but it was very tight, and I put some stuff in my car, besides what I had already packed.

The ease of scheduling the move was great. The movers were very professional and kind. They were on time and sent frequent updates on etas. Excellent communication.

Sulaiman and Kenny were amazing! They delivered a large/super heavy, white sleeper sofa to my house (in the rain) that wouldn’t fit through most of my narrow doorways. They kept trying different ways-up and down stairs-and never gave up until they finally got it down to my basement. No damage to the furniture or house. I’m so thankful for them! Best movers ever. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

They were prompt, friendly and very helpful. I was surprised at how small the van was, but that wasn’t their fault! I didn’t look carefully at the dimensions in the app. This is a lugging service; they do small loads. They are not whole-house movers. It was easy to make a appointment on the app and the communication was fantastic.

Used this app twice now. All 4 movers I've had were absolutely fantastic! Such a great app. So glad I found it.

Jesse was so kind and great, Filmon was an asshole. He had a bunch of his own stuff in his truck and didnt want to help jesse load my stuff. Also he cracked my TV base and he had no interest in helping me move. He shouldnt work for the company. Jesse was amazing and I hope my whole tip only goes to him because he deserves it while Filmon deserves no money.
