Everything was packed and transported with care, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where I needed it. This was our first time using Lugg and we were so happy with the service we received. We needed to move a refrigerator at the last minute and Lugg provided same day service at a good price. The movers were very professional, communicative, and knowledgeable. The app made managing the booking extremely easy and convenient. Lugg was a life saver! We will absolutely be using this company again!

Rocky and Gloria were the movers for my fist Lugg project. They delivered my Ikea finds in a fast & professional manner. Gloria persistently kept calling me until I finally looked outside & realized it wasn't scammers calling 🤣 Fortunately she didn't seem annoyed, just sweet & very helpful. Thanks to both for making my first experience memorable & being such great humans. (tipped in cash) I will be using & recommending Lugg from now on.

Eileen and Westley did a superb job moving the island I purchased on Facebook Marketplace. They were punctual, communicated clearly, and were very careful when bringing the enormous piece into my home.

Jesse and Rocky were incredibly friendly, efficient, fast and professional. With a full XL truck, pickup and delivery was each completed in less than 45 minutes. My items were not damaged or missing. Thank you Lugg for hiring such talented movers!

They were prompt, friendly and very helpful. I was surprised at how small the van was, but that wasn’t their fault! I didn’t look carefully at the dimensions in the app. This is a lugging service; they do small loads. They are not whole-house movers. It was easy to make a appointment on the app and the communication was fantastic.

Professional, efficient, and a total breath of fresh air Antrone and Askari exceeded every expectation. They arrived on time, handled my belongings with care, and made the whole moving process feel effortless. Ryan and Fadi were professional, efficient, and detail oriented. They were careful about avoiding scratches and damage to the furniture. They went above and beyond when certain things didn’t fit, coming up with creative ideas - it was clear that they had a lot of experience doing this! They were very fun and trustworthy! Mark and Jesse were amazing movers!! They were extremely helpful and professional and even helped me get items up into my difficult to reach loft.

Sulaiman and Kenny were amazing! They delivered a large/super heavy, white sleeper sofa to my house (in the rain) that wouldn’t fit through most of my narrow doorways. They kept trying different ways-up and down stairs-and never gave up until they finally got it down to my basement. No damage to the furniture or house. I’m so thankful for them! Best movers ever. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Antonio and Ryan were expert movers. They handled our antique furniture with extreme care and were so friendly and considerate. They went above and beyond while being efficient.

LUGG is a great resource! I have used LUGGers for a number of events over the last few years. Everything from standard moving of furniture to helping me move/sort boxes during a big garage cleanup. The people who come are always very courteous and helpful.....always willing to help in any way they can. I highly recommend their services -- a life saver for those of us with a bad back issue (my husband) OR for those of us who have okay backs but are not able to lift over 20 lbs.

They were punctual, professional, extremely nice, and frankly I never saw movers so fast and efficient in my life! It was amazing watching them work together and move heavy boxes so easily and with attention to safety. 👍👍👍

Great experience! The movers showed up on time and texted me when they were 10 minutes away. They loaded everything quickly and efficiently. My apartment is on the 3rd floor with no service elevator. They did an amazing job getting everything up the stairs. I will definitely use Lugg in the future.
