Marco and Luis were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were so easy to reach on the phone and on text. They were kind and prompt and very professional. They made the entire moving experience so simple. My new furniture arrived in perfect condition and they were an A ++ delivery team. Highly recommend.

Great movers, but I did have an issue with the app***. I wasn’t given an eta or the contact info of the movers until well after the end of my anticipated pickup window hour. Because I had no way to check when my movers were coming (if at all), I almost had to cancel. Leaving this as feedback for the app rather than the movers as this does not appear to be their fault, and they were responsive when I called to coordinate pick up parking spot, and overall they were efficient and friendly.

Guillermo and Benjamin were great movers! Friendly and efficient. They even took out my old couch for me. Thanks Lugg!

It was an efficient move, and both the movers were focused and fair. The only we needed but didn’t have was a step stool

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Great movers. Careful, efficient, but not hurried or negligent. Adrian had a great friendly demeanor which I enjoyed, and Isiah was focused and communicative.

Pete and Treyon were amazing!! They were so kind and communicative the entire process. I get super anxious when it comes to hiring movers or anything like that but they walked me through everything and really put me at ease. So so thankful I had these guys help me move my new couch!

Onon and Ben were quick, professional and appearance was clean (rating this because they aren’t the typical movers) I was skeptical about the whole thing considering that they charge for time in use, but they were so professional that did accounted for the exact time not a second before not a second later, I think it’s worth every single penny, you end up paying a little more than renting a truck to do it your self but the difference between that and lugg service is that it’s done quickly, professionally and all your things are well packed so you receive them the way they are… I don’t think I would switch any time soon. The overall experience was awesome thank you Ono and Ben and thank you Lugg for this amazing app.

Mike and Guillermo were courteous, professional and definitely pro movers! I tasked them with an extremely heavy electronic bed and they handled it no problem.

They moved a very heavy, bulky cocktail table out of the house for me. Anyone else would have said it was too heavy and left it, but they figured out a way and got it done. When the donation center wouldn’t take my couches, they had no problem going to another center. Thanks so much for your hard work.

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!!
