First time using this, and it got off to a terrible start. I was told pick up at 10 am at West elm Bk and arrive at my place by by 11 am. The first guys said delayed 1.5 hrs, no reason given, and then finally they go and pick up and try to load. But they said our truck is too small. This is after I got an upgrade for bigger truck and somehow someway they said two piece couch and a coffee table can’t fit! They def making this up. So I wasted three hours and had to cancel. Unbelievable. I was able to get Joffre and Tyrone. Good time efficient and professional and got the job done. And they were nice about it and even said it’s was BS what happened early. What was supposed to 11 am promised delivery - they arrived at 3 pm. If it wasn’t for Jeffre and Tyrone, they saved the day. Zero stars for the first guys. And for luggs for making me still wait for the first guys for three hours. Five stars for Jeffre and Tyrone.

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Our couch was almost too big to fit into the apartment and they helped take it apart, give it upstairs into the apartment, and reassembled. Huge help!!

Derek and Luis were very friendly, on time, and worked hard with the move. They didn't know how to pack the van very well or to put the bigger items in first, which resulted in extra time and some scratched items.

These guys were GREAT! Incredibly careful with my furniture, fast, friendly and polite. They navigated some really hard and narrow stairs with a big item and made it seem seamless. I’ll be using Lugg again!

Mervin and Zaire are nice, hardworking and responsible people! I didn't have a big move this time but they took care not to damage anything. I highly recommend them for your next LUGG move.

These guys were prompt, professional and worked quickly. We will be using them in the future for our other delivery needs. Highly suggest using them.

Marco and Luis were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were so easy to reach on the phone and on text. They were kind and prompt and very professional. They made the entire moving experience so simple. My new furniture arrived in perfect condition and they were an A ++ delivery team. Highly recommend.

Joshua and Kareem were fantastic and even though the move was unexpectedly bigger than I thought, they handled it expertly and efficiently. Would definitely work with them again!

I'm really thankful that my order arrived right on time as scheduled. But I want to share something else that made me even more grateful. Usually, I expect the IKEA delivery folks to just drop stuff at the apartment entrance and head out. So, I was waiting outside for the delivery truck like always. But today was different! A van with ‘Lugg’ logo showed up, and two delivery guys actually brought in my ordered table and the super heavy dresser right inside the building! One of them even asked me if I was living alone. When I told them I'm on the first floor, they didn't hesitate to carry that bulky dresser all the way into my apartment. This has never happened with my IKEA orders before. Anyhow, a big thanks for not just delivering my furniture on time, but for going the extra mile to bring it inside my apartment!

Carlos & Kevin saved our lives. We had to book them last minute because our scheduled movers bailed on us. It was a pretty big job but they were the kindest, most determined, and willing movers with a smile on their faces the entire time. They even asked if I was okay! While I’m thankful I don’t need to move again any time soon, that also means I won’t be able to see them again. Anyway who gets to work with Carlos & Kevin is blessed.

Wow, I’m so happy I found this service! I was able to get my sofa delivered in just a few hours. The delivery guys were super friendly and efficient. I 10/10 recommend!

The IKEA order was a big mess & Annur took the time to double check that all the pieces on the order are there before delivery. They were efficient & courteous. Hope they are the right pieces when the Tasker comes tomorrow to assemble!

These men were very professional and friendly. They were respectful of my property and wrapped it with care! They delivered from point A to point B without any issues, which as a control freak, I was glad they made feel well at ease as if they were family members doing me a favor! Lenyer and Adriano were the best movers I could ask for. They moved all my furniture books and clothes from a studio to a one bedroom (both up two flights of stairs.) I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Art & Peter saved the day, AND with a great price within my budget. Very professional and quick! Carried it upstairs like Hercules! Definitely recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They were fantastic! Could not have asked for a better experience. They moved a big couch up to a narrow fifth floor walk up and took great caution with the walls and railings. Highly recommend them!

I was able to call Edwin twice and he picked up and assure me of the delivery. They picked up the supplies on time and delivered them within the time that was slotted. Great service in corporates by IKEA. Not having to worried about how you will get the big items home gives you a peace of mind. Thanks

henry and mervin were absolutely fantastic. unfortunately, the couch was too big to fit through our stairwell, which really couldn’t have been anticipated since the dimensions were perfect for our living room, the stairs are just so skinny coming in—they did everything they could and went above and beyond to try and make it work, so absolutely 5 stars to henry and mervin!! they were friendly and worked very hard to try to make it work for us. however, because we were not able to actually get our couch entirely delivered, we would appreciate a discount on the service fee—though i dont want anything coming off of their pay; henry and mervin again were fantastic and so kind to us even with such a frustrating situation. (tipped via venmo)

This my third time using LUGG and each time has been a great experience. This last pick up and delivery made by Edgar and Xavier went smoothly. They were friendly, careful, on time and professional.

Robert and Elijah are expert movers - they had to figure out how to get a big couch down some gnarly stairs and openings. They were so fantastic and I am just so lucky to have had their help. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Carlos & Zaire were fantastic. They were prompt, courteous, and tireless, not to mention patient. Once we arrived at the temporary storage destination, there were several delays on my end, but they handled the delays with patience and good humor. I am very grateful to have had them assist me with this Big Move and make my day so much less stressful!
