Amazing first experience with the app. They both kept my sofa safe the entire time and were extremely cautious of not damaging the building while moving in. Would highly recommend! Thank you both Jason & Scott!!!

Juan was incredible at helping me out of a real tough situation with a terrible experience dealing with Ikea. After over a week of reschedules, cancellations, in person claims/cases and still not having my order sitting on a cart leave the ikea store, lugg REALLY helped me out to get my items within 2 hours. Juan went through each and every item on my receipt to make sure it was all there (even when it was the IKEA teams job to do that!) and found broken and missing items and ensured they were replaced and delivered. He even helped me move all of my items up to my apartment which was generous and extremely helpful given that i’m on my own and needed a hand. Couldn’t thank him enough ! Reem

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

Bill and Marquis were excellent movers! They were kind, friendly, and professional. They were patient during the pick up when the vendor was having a hard time releasing the product and were kind enough for me to arrive to help resolve the situation. They packaged and secured the item amazingly and the drive and delivery was incredibly smooth. I would HIGHLY recommend them for my next big purchase. Lugg has made item delivery a stress-free environment! 👍🏻

Andrew and Christopher were very good delivery guys. Very polite, very helpful and professional. Seems like they’d be fun to hang around with from my short time spent with them. Felt bad they had a long day ahead of them (driving to deliveries) but the weather was good on the day they came. Should I ever need help moving again, I’d definitely ask for Andy and Chris again! 👍🏻

They stayed in touch with me during the delivery process and were so kind enough to help my son take the mattress up to my apartment. It was too heavy for me to do it with my son alone. Very kind.

They were punctual, professional and took great care to move the dresser without damaging it or my freshly painted walls. They were communicative and friendly. I felt safe with them in my home which is important for a single woman. These guys surpassed my expectations as well as experiences with other app based movers. I really can’t say enough good things about them.

Dave and Samuel were both so much help with moving a few boxes and even helped get them into our apartment! Very fast and very efficient.

They made sure they contacted me by phone, needing to call me a couple of times, when no one came out to receive the shipment. I was not at the delivery site but my husband was and he did come out. My husband said they were very courteous and efficient, and placed the items where asked in the apartment. We appreciate that they were very timely in their delivery, excellent with communication, professional, helpful and courteous.
