Both, Jason as well as Bolivar delivered excellent customer service, very polite and helpful. They both entered my property and dropped off my furniture right where I asked. Thank you My Luggs, I will keep you in mind for next delivery need.

Angel & Cornell were punctual and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure my order was not only complete, but that it was placed safely, carefully, and exactly where I needed the delivery placed.

The delivery process was outstanding. Brian kept me up to date with the detail of the delivery. I received texts on expected delivery time and email contact for certificate of insurance needed for the delivery. Upon arrival, Brian took the time to speak with manager and everyone in the building to expedite the delivery. I am extremely great full to Brian for his patience, professionalism and wellness to solve small logistic problems from my building. He gets my outmost respect. I am sure Jesus helped Brian in the process. Overall , extremely satisfied with the full service. Thank you

Keeping contact . This is key to those of us that work close to home or running out for errand. All i can say is 1000x better than Delivery with Ft L East Home Depot that tossed purchases on the front lawn and many bags open. Very efficient and quick. Thank you

Juan and Maximilian did an amazing service. They were here on time, they were highly professional and handled my Ikea boxes with great care. Before they left they asked if we needed anything else. We are very happy with the service. Hopefully next time we need a delivery, we are assigned to them.

The delivery was messed up but it was IKEA’s fault. He stuck around to help solve the problem. He could have easily left but he waited because he cared. It was very nice.

Michael and Demetris were prompt, courteous, and professional. Several of the items were quite heavy and they demonstrated ease with their delivery. This is my first time using this type of service and I am quite grateful.

Communicating with them was easy, they understood where to find the house and were pretty quick with the delivery.

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! This my third time using LUGG and each time has been a great experience. This last pick up and delivery made by Edgar and Xavier went smoothly. They were friendly, careful, on time and professional.

Barry and Radoslav did a really great job. They had excellent communication keeping me updated every step of the way and letting me know their ETA well in advance. They even went above and beyond showing me a picture of the furniture to make sure it still looked okay. In addition they did a great job bringing it up to my apartment. Could have been happier with the delivery and service!!!

Wow, I’m so happy I found this service! I was able to get my sofa delivered in just a few hours. The delivery guys were super friendly and efficient. I 10/10 recommend!
