Michael and Adriel were an excellent team!! They disassembled, carefully transported, and reassembled a very heavy dining table for me on a Sunday afternoon! I would highly recommend them and book again! Thank you so much!

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

The drop off took longer than i anticipated and had a $188 additional charge the app did not make me aware of. The movers were great the app let me down. I would have taken different measures if I’d known about the recycle charge.

They were a huge help bringing up my couch to the third floor. Very nice pair and they worked well together. Reliable movers with no damage.

Angel and Gregory communicated often to keep me updated on their progress with the pick up and drop off. They also went above and beyond by trying to find a replacement for one of the paintings when they noticed that the frame behind the canvas was damaged. They were friendly and professional.

Edward and Evens were truly INCREDIBLE. Professional, kind, strong, and well-prepared with all packing items. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. They made moving - a typically stressful experience - enjoyable and easy. They wrapped all of my important, fragile items and treated them with such care. Attention to detail. Super communicative and helpful. Made sure to be able to get it in a single trip so I wouldn’t have to order another Lugg. They worked well together, and checked in with me, and even fixed some minor issues with my dining table (due to how previous movers put the item back together).

I discovered the Lugg app from a buyer when I sold my furniture to move from FL from CA, and I’m so glad I did! Without the help of Adriel and Gregory, I would’ve had to spend much more $$ on a new sleeper sofa just so it could be delivered. They were very communicative, handled the fabric with care, and did an expert job getting it to the 6th floor. I’m very grateful to them and Lugg!
