I was more than impressed with Brandon’s customer service. On top of that when things got difficult, they worked together to problem solve. These guys are truly why I would use this service again

Worked hard and the Goodwill did not take the cabinet so they contacted me and spoke with the manager and tried to get the manager to take the cabinet but Goodwill didn’t have space for it so they phoned me and had to return the items to my house which was a lot of moving heavy items for them. I appreciated their help and professional attitude throughout the process.

Ramon and Jose were wonderful! Very careful with the items being moved and work well with me to ensure everything was placed in the correct location. 5 stars!

Careful, efficient, and professional! They carefully fit the loveseat through a tight-fit doorway to not dent or scratch anything. When my WiFi didn't work to book a second Lugg pickup to take the old loveseat to another location for donation Joshua arranged a second Lugg pickup so I didn't have to wait for a different crew. They were also very personable and polite. Based on this excellent experience with them I would not hesitate to use Lugg.Com again and will recommend them to my friends and family. The customer service displayed by these two guys is definitely an asset to your company.

Claudio and Brandon did an excellent job moving a very heavy desk out of a house with very narrow hallways.

Armondo and Luis were incredible! They showed up on time. They were both very pleasant and easy to work with. They ensured that they were taking the right stuff. They worked well together as a team. They provided helpful information about what Goodwill would take. They helped problem solve when some furniture couldn’t be donated. They were incredibly efficient. Their help was invaluable. If we need moving services again I would most definitely hire them again and I would specifically ask for Armando and Luis.

Ramon and Jose did a great job. They were cordial, and quick. All of my things arrived in one piece (nothing broken). They were careful not to mark up walls when carrying awkward furniture.
