They delivered a large boxspring and mattress, having to navigate narrow spaces. They were polite, professional, and innovative in getting the job done.

Great communication through the whole process, picked up on short notice for same day delivery. Carried in our large and heavy item carefully and placed it exactly where asked. Would use this service again. Carlos and Carlos were great!

I can’t say enough positive about this pair. They carefully placed rugs and pads beneath beds and sofa in two locations, moved furniture and took furniture to Goodwill for donation. All done with a smile and courtesy. We have always had a great experience with Lugg and these guys were exceptional.

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Great service, friendly gentleman. Only issue is the glass tabletop was placed on the base upside down, and I cannot flip it myself due to the weight of the glass.

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

The guys showed up to the Costco we were headed to within about 45 minutes, located me quickly in the apartment with our newly purchased washer, loaded it up, and transported it to the house near the place it would sit long term. They were not able to get the washer through the door with the packaging and taking the door off its hinges so that was something I needed to do, which is understandable and expected. The service provided by the guys was very easy to use. My wife mentioned "there has to be an Uber for moving", and sure enough there is! Appreciate the help guys!

Robin was awesome in getting the job done. He truly made my day on a good Friday as I had placed an order at Home Depot and he got there on time. He also facilitated securing the product assembled when Home Depot was not ready and short staffed.
