Really great job, exceeded all of my expectations. When there was a delay in pickup, Lugg upgraded my van to a box which was very appreciated. The movers texted me every step of the way before their arrival.

A little frustrated by the setup because movers assigned after the promised window, but once we got these movers they were great!

Professional, efficient, and a total breath of fresh air Antrone and Askari exceeded every expectation. They arrived on time, handled my belongings with care, and made the whole moving process feel effortless. Their professionalism and attention to detail really set them apart—and let’s be real, that’s not something you find every day. I genuinely appreciated how smoothly everything went. Dwayne & Tejas were great: friendly & fast. The move went smoothly and, overall, it was a much better experience than I had with movers from a storage company two days ago. This was my first Lugg & I’ll definitely be using the service again.

They were strong. They worked every minute they were there. They didn’t complain about anything. They were very patient and kind to me, a senior citizen. They didn’t mind waiting for us at the storage center and were friendly to me and my husband. I would be happy to have them move me again when I need to.

My second time with Michael and Jerome as my Lugg movers, and they did a phenomal job with my move again! They communicated times well, wrapped all my furniture up carefully, and extremely friendly. They’re truly experts, and completed the job quickly! Thank you again Jerome and Michael! Can’t express my praise and thanks enough.

These guys were absolutely amazing! I’ve never seen movers that could Tetris like this and I’m quite an experience Mover. I was thrilled with the service, the friendliness, their expertise, and they most certainly went above and beyond helping me with additional furniture. I can’t recommend Michael and Jerome enough! Five stars all the way!

The movers were great. They were efficient. The Lugg experience was problematic. The scheduling went awry and even the pickup location, which Lugg put in the wrong place even though it had the correct name of the business and the address. When that all got straightened out, the people involved handled everything professionally.

Jerome & Daniel G were fantastic. They helped me clear out my storage unit, drove the contents to my new apartment building, and brought the items into my apartment. Everything went incredibly smoothly, and it was lovely to chat with Jerome and Daniel. I will 100% be using Lugg’s services in the future.

Marco & Juan were amazing movers I would highly recommend. They were friendly, fast, efficient and made everything super easy. Plan on using them again in the future!!

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

Daniel and Jerome were great, friendly and professional movers, and got the job done really efficiently and well!

We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.

Michael and Jerome are the most professional movers I've ever have a pleasure of working with. They're both extremely courteous, careful, and professional both in timing and in making sure that the move went flawless and there wasn't a trace of damage.

I cannot speak highly enough of Michael and William. It literally snowed the day before my move, it was the coldest day in the past year, and yet they still showed up right on time and were the bright spot in my day (and moving is really never fun). They rolled with the punches when cars were illegally parked in the moving van spot, and DC parking enforcement was too understaffed to send a tow truck. I truly couldn’t have done this without them. You’re lucky to have them. Hands down the best movers I’ve ever had.

Got the large vehicle parked in an awkward location and moved everything quickly into the the van and then back out at the storage location.

Sadiki and Carlos were absolute pros! 🚛🔥 They handled my move with efficiency, skill, and a great attitude from start to finish. Everything was packed and transported with care, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where I needed it.
