The team did an outstanding job! They communicated effectively among themselves to determine the safest and most efficient method for moving a heavy table top from the first floor to the basement. William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Daniel E and William really did a great job! They were so efficient and thoughtful during moving our furnitures and electronics. I really worried about how to move our queen size mattress and fragile furnitures, they got this perfectly. Things were also settled at right location in the destination.

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Art & Peter saved the day, AND with a great price within my budget. Very professional and quick! Carried it upstairs like Hercules! Definitely recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Philip & Rodrigo were professional and quick. I was removing a mattress and the website made it seem like Luggs would take it away and get rid of it for me. That is not the case. You need to know where they are going to take it. Anyway the two luggers were helpful and polite regarding this miss communication.

Marco and Luis were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were so easy to reach on the phone and on text. They were kind and prompt and very professional. They made the entire moving experience so simple. My new furniture arrived in perfect condition and they were an A ++ delivery team. Highly recommend.

I cannot speak highly enough of Michael and William. It literally snowed the day before my move, it was the coldest day in the past year, and yet they still showed up right on time and were the bright spot in my day (and moving is really never fun). They rolled with the punches when cars were illegally parked in the moving van spot, and DC parking enforcement was too understaffed to send a tow truck. I truly couldn’t have done this without them. You’re lucky to have them. Hands down the best movers I’ve ever had.

Michael M. and Jerome did an outstanding job moving 2 large furniture items from my second floor apartment and taking them to our bulk trash location nearby even sending pictures of where they placed the items to make sure it was right. Michael and Jerome were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them and Lugg!

They are very humorous and it was very fun to work with them! Me and my friends really like their service and are extremely thankful that we had them for moving out. This is definitely the best experience I had with Lugg so far.

Both Jerome and Daniel were courteous, professional, patient, and committed from start to finish in protecting, delivering, and moving my furniture to its designated location. When it appeared after numerous tries that one cabinet was too large so that it would not clear the ceiling and walls in the stairwell, they continued to brainstorm on how to get the job done instead of simply giving in to what seemed like an undoable task. They realized from examining the cabinet that it could be divided into two pieces, and they patiently separated the sides and reattached them together upon getting each side up the stairs. Customer service sometimes seems to be a lost concept in the present-day world, but Jerome and Daniel gave top-notch customer service to me!

As always they were friendly and extremely helpful and I’m super grateful that they could come and help with moving just the last few things.appreciate it!!
