Irwin and Emmanuel were on time and very communicative throughout the pickup and delivery trip. The table was securely placed in their truck, and they were very careful when bringing it into our home. It was my first time using Lugg so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it was a great experience and made the furniture delivery process so much easier!

They did an excellent job. They handled the fireplace with care and wrapped it up properly. They were also very polite.

kevin and jacob were great! our elevator broke 15 minutes before they arrived but they still got the job done! they handled the inconvenience with such grace!

This my third time using LUGG and each time has been a great experience. This last pick up and delivery made by Edgar and Xavier went smoothly. They were friendly, careful, on time and professional.

Both guys were super friendly and polite ! They delivered 2 large heavy boxes carefully brought them into the house and placed them in the living room. They also delivered the boxes super quickly and were very red when I texted them about a 3rd small box I forgot to bring with me .

My delivery was earlier than expected with zero hiccups. Both, James and Cortez did an amazing job bringing in my delivery and placed it exactly where I wanted it. I’ll be sure to continue using Lugg for all future services.

Jerome and Michael were absolutely fantastic to work with. I had a difficult couch and they handled a tough situation with poise, grace, and humor. If I needed to use Lugg again, I would be absolutely sure to ask for Jerome and Michael. Really professional and highly recommend.

The movers were great. They were efficient. The Lugg experience was problematic. The scheduling went awry and even the pickup location, which Lugg put in the wrong place even though it had the correct name of the business and the address. When that all got straightened out, the people involved handled everything professionally.

What a great experience! Michael and Rod were very courteous and moved the heavy cabinet into my basement without any issues. They made sure I was happy with the placement and removed all of the coverings. A professional team! That is very hard to come by in Northern VA. Thank you!

Michael and Julienne were great. They texted me before they got to the space and were early! They were quick and efficient and fit everything into my storage space so that I can access what I need, when I need to.

Everything....nice men, hard workers. They were careful with my belongings and placed them according to my request. Marco and Luis were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were so easy to reach on the phone and on text. They were kind and prompt and very professional. They made the entire moving experience so simple. My new furniture arrived in perfect condition and they were an A ++ delivery team. Highly recommend.

Exvellent attention to detail, timeliness, and customer service. Ikea had a damaged box in the items for delivery. Joshua and Darwin got a replacement before leaving the store. Great job!

Michael M. and Jerome did an outstanding job moving 2 large furniture items from my second floor apartment and taking them to our bulk trash location nearby even sending pictures of where they placed the items to make sure it was right. Michael and Jerome were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them and Lugg!

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Communication, friendly, went the extra mile when a box was damaged at the store (not b/c of them) to get the store to replace it for me before they left for the delivery

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Art & Peter saved the day, AND with a great price within my budget. Very professional and quick! Carried it upstairs like Hercules! Definitely recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Michael and Jerome are the most professional movers I've ever have a pleasure of working with. They're both extremely courteous, careful, and professional both in timing and in making sure that the move went flawless and there wasn't a trace of damage.

Micheal & William communicated to let me know their location and approximate time of delivery and updates the closer they got to me. When they arrived they were so helpful when I asked if they would please place box into living so I couldn’t have to try to move over there. They were so nice and friendly.
