William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

Anthony was great and was even willing to go back to pottery barn for a missing piece. However the problem was that pottery barn said they gave Anthony everything but the piece was not in his truck

Pottery Barn wanted us to send Thiago to an offsite warehouse a few blocks away from their retail location after first stopping by the store. He called and made sure to clarify the instructions. Very professional.

They did an awesome job moving my vintage table. Went above and beyond and communicated with me when RH Outlet Pleasanton would not release the table due to the fact that the photo of the receipt Lugg provided from me was not clear enough to read. I’m so pleased with their service!

They where super careful. This is the third range we’ve had delivered in a week. The first two where damaged by the Best Buy Outlet’s contracted movers. We couldn’t ask for a better job and would highly recommend them to anybody needing movers.

I won’t be using lugg again. The first drivers left half our order at the warehouse. It was an uncomfortable exchange - the drivers blamed pottery barn, pottery barn blamed the drivers. After a few phone calls and a day later the second half of our order came. In the end, things worked out. I’m a mother of a two week old pre-term baby, this was not ideal. I had coordinated help moving furniture in the house for the first drop off and needed to coordinate help again for the second delivery because I am not able to lift / move heavy objects at this time. The first time I used lugg you guys were great, the drivers were super friendly and on it. This trip, both times, the guys seemed frustrated.

The guys were super professional item was packed well and delivered. Only issue was on Pottery Barn not giving the guys all the items. No fault on the guys.

Bought a couch from Pottery Barn in Burlingame at 11:00 am. Downloaded the Lugg app and had my couch delivered and set up within hours same day. They were very polite and professional. So glad I found this app. I will definitely recommend and use them again!!!

My delivery service with Terry and Tamas was 5-star. They were responsive (texting me with updates), friendly, punctual, and genuinely nice guys. They were quick to pick up my items from the Pottery Barn Outlet in Alameda and had zero qualms driving my goodies up to the Napa Valley. Price was reasonable, would highly recommend them to a friend and will certainly call upon them again in the future. Thanks guys!!

Nice guys! Arrived on time, managed to haul a huge refrigerator out of the house without leaving a single mark on the walls. Expressed heart-felt sympathy that teh Seers outlet sold me a refrigerator with a bad compresser.

Excellent service and communication re: pick up and drop off ETA. I arranged to have two Pottery Barn armchairs delivered from Alameda to SF. James & Yuriy were courteous and professional. They carefully removed all packaging and brought my items from the curb and up stairs to my Victorian. Thanks, guys!

They are very professional, taking pictures before packing furniture and after unpacking furniture, detailing the details of the furniture before and after moving.

We purchased a dining table and a corner sofa from an outlet. I tried to find a delivery service and found out Lugg. The booking went smoothly. The team responded quickly. It only took a little over an hour to arrive in my apartment. To my surprises, the items were properly packaged to avoid any incidental damages. The team was quite knowledgeable in turning things around and getting the big furnitures into the room. The whole process, from online booking to having the furnitures in my room, was only two hours. I am extremely happy with the service.

Their careful analysis about how to take my large PB (Pottery Barn) furniture apart...3part corner desk and large trundle bed. Also their care, respect, friendliness, and their willingness to do it "right" but taking the time issue into consideration!

Marco and Luis were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were so easy to reach on the phone and on text. They were kind and prompt and very professional. They made the entire moving experience so simple. My new furniture arrived in perfect condition and they were an A ++ delivery team. Highly recommend.

This was my first time using ur service. Thankfully so, I was able to get the items I purchased at Pottery Barn warehouse home to Fremont. The guys were prompt, careful, considerate & oh so helpful. LUGG is a great resource! I have used LUGGers for a number of events over the last few years. Everything from standard moving of furniture to helping me move/sort boxes during a big garage cleanup. The people who come are always very courteous and helpful.....always willing to help in any way they can. I highly recommend their services -- a life saver for those of us with a bad back issue (my husband) OR for those of us who have okay backs but are not able to lift over 20 lbs.

The delivery was prompt and both Skyler and Jerald were polite and helpful with the delivery. They put my couch exactly where i needed it. I am bummed that a seat cushion was lost off the back of the truck in transit (probably due to pottery barn employees not making sure the cushions were secure).I am hoping it gets resolved quickly.

This job was way more intense and complicated than I anticipated and these guys had the absolute best attitude. They went above and beyond to help believe extremely heavy pottery barn bunk beds. Very efficient, friendly and timely. Definitely recommend.

They were awesome . I took a picture of my pickup tag from Pottery Barn Warehouse and then went back home after I paid for my furniture . They are Pros . They shrink wrapped my tv stand (it didn't come in a box) and put it in their truck . They other package was a rolled up carpet and they just threw it behind their truck . Will use this service in the future .

Great delivery crew! Communicated ETA, very helpful getting it placed! Bummer they had to spend 30 min at the warehouse because Pottery Barn couldn't find the item, no fault of Lugg or Bennie and Larry. Tipped separately cash.

Mohammand and Samir were great. Unfortunate Pottery Barn did not give them all items on the claim check. Pottery Barn acknowledged it is their error and are completing the delivery on their end.

There was a delay because of a blocked pick-up entrance and Juan let me know. He also worked with the Pottery Barn Staff to facilitate getting my floor sample purchase from the 2nd floor to his vehicle. He wrapped it beautifully for safety and is a valuable service centered employee as this was the first time I have used your service. It was recommended by Pottery Barn to me. Thank you Juan for all you did. I did a cash tip but will add a bit more because he was great under tough circumstances.

They knew that the bed came in two boxes!!! Even pottery barn didn’t know that. Thank you for being extra thorough and thoughtful!

brian was fantastic picking up a sofa from the outlet store. Within the hour he had gone to the store in Alameda, picked up the sofa, and delivered it to my home in SF. He provided fantastic service and went above and beyond. Thank you again Brian!
