The movers were great but the total price was a LOT more than I expected. The pricing was not transparent at all. I had no idea that it was a base fee plus a fee by the minute. They also helped with the setup of my new room--I had bought a new loft bed for the smaller space; and they situated the mattress on top for me. (I have no upper body strength so all of this would have been impossible otherwise). Also, Lugg was cheaper than all the other companies because there's no 3 hr minimum. From the time I booked their services until the time they delivered my washer dryer to my house was 45 minutes. And only 45 minutes they zipped over to the sellers house, picked up two big appliances, drove to my house and deliver them to my laundry room, even offering to hook them up for me. he too must be magicians, in addition to movers. This was really important for me to have this chair moved for use after a fam member’s surgery. Not much advance notice.
