Can I say excellent service? Yes I can! I purchased some stuff, TV stand, cabinet, huge mirror and a 10-ft rug. The store told me about the app and I ordered a pickup truck with two guys. Wow. I thought very reasonably priced, they showed up on time, got plenty of text updates, and they were very careful with this stuff. My delivery was at the end of the day and even then when they arrived at 6:30, they were very neat looking, and not all sweaty. This is a game changer for me now that I can just buy stuff and get a good delivery service to bring it to me at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this service!! - Andrew

These two really did a great job. Yet they weren't provided with the tools they needed. My last move I used ghost truck and the movers were very quick and efficient in departing the bed frame, and putting itself & the couch and an extra piece, which was massive into the truck. Same price range in the end. I tried a new app this time as I couldn't find the one I used last. The two gentlemen didn't have the correct tools and struggled with the bed. Yet did a great job doing everything they could with what they had. They were both friendly. We ended up putting the bed frame on my vehicle instead of theirs. They took the couch, the mattress, and two shelves that fit into the bed. I really didn't expect using my bosses truck to lug my bed frame, which was initially why I asked for movers to depart and lug. The younger man composed himself very well and said he would have helped in piecing the bed back together but the other man wanted to leave. After not knowing he would have to help take the bed apart. I understand that I am young and am able to do it, but I spent the money to not do it. Yet in another circumstance such as someone a little more elderly, this is expected. Overall the guys did everything they could with what they had. The app should dive more into details so the people that work for you have an idea of what's expected. - Adam

They were both very accommodating and punctual. The job was to move furniture from the mainfloor to both the upstairs and downstairs after we had new carpet installed. They move efficiently, worked well together, and listened clearly to where our items were to be returned. They also offerred assistance where needed reassembling/putting furniture back together.
