They noticed a small child that appeared to not have supervision and visually monitored them until a caretaker arrived to keep them safe and out of the street.
Very friendly, very patient as we figured out how to get furniture out to street since van didn't fit in the garage. I also VERY MUCH APPRECIATED the excellent communication from them/the Lugg team
These guys are great - the snow on the road made it tough to get the truck into the driveway - so they put the fridge on a dolly and hauled it two blocks down the street! Amazing. Thankyou!

Efficient and friendly. Careful about the furnitures while moving. Parked safely on the street which is important. We sometime see deliveries just park in the middle of the street and block all traffics both ways in the small neighborhood street just so it’s quick for them, so quite happy they are not inconsiderate.
Due to time constraints and protests in downtown Seattle the company I needed my stuff dropped off was closed as well as the store my stuff was picked up from. So basically they could have just left my stuff on the street. Instead Michael and William went above and beyond communicating with me and helping me figure out what to do with these unexpected circumstances. They were professional and kind. I hope all my experiences with Lugg are as good as this one was!
They were terrific! The Lugg *APP* (not Reuben and Evan) would not accept the address for the street to deliver on: 7445 SE 24th Streer, Mercer Island. I went back into the app five times to try to add the street address (7445) and the Unit number (409). Although these always showed what I types in the data entry field, the APP never accepted these important details. So Reuben and Evan had to figure out on their own which building it was. SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH LUGG’s ADDRESS FIELD FUNCTIONALITY. All that ever came through for the movers was “SE 24th Street,” despite my best efforts to include this critical info. Thankfully, they called me when they arrived, to be sure they were at the right place. They were. BUT you’ll want to look into fixing this asap for other customers!
Packed my odd assortment of plants, trees and furniture very well. Helpful and very pleasant and easy to work with.

I completely forgot to put the hardware with the table I was donating. Adam stayed in touch with me and they were able to take the table across the street and convince another donation center to take it (provided I take the forgotten hardware to the center later). The fact that they were proactive, worked with both donation centers, and were able to problem solve so that I didn't have to deal with a table being returned to my front yard... It was very, very, very much appreciated, for so many reasons. Thank you and great job!

This is my 3rd time utilizing LUGGERS to assist in transporting and lifting furniture, exterior planters, etc. David and Oleksandr did a great job. They were prepared, polite, and efficient. I have been trying for weeks to find a convenient time to schedule one of our 70 multifamily apartment community maintenance teams to drive from Pierce County to Lynnwood to Pottery Land to retrieve an order of exterior planters we are installing on a second-floor deck. Last Sunday, it took me about 60 seconds to schedule David and Oleksandr To pick up and deliver the items today. They kept me informed of their progress via text throughout the process which allows to keel my staff informed. I highly recommend LUGG. They get the requested job done, which allows our maintenance techs to focus on keeping our tenants happy and properties in good shape. My experience with LUGG has been 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ every job. these guys were great — fast, efficient, great attitude. The Best Buy delivery guys couldn’t figure out how to move my existing fridge and just gave up. They left the new fridge downstairs and left. Ralph and Timothy figured it out immediately and then offered to complete the job of moving the old fridge downstairs and moving the new one upstairs.
Thank you so much for efficient delivery and for dealing with my mishap. Appreciate both of your help!!
My new furniture purchase was way heavier than it looks, end up mistakenly asking for too few people. They end up exceling through moving and aced the delivery, thank you so much both!
