I have to say this. THEY ARE THE BEST!!! Here's why. I ordered a king mattress to ikea, and the luggers who went there to pick it up said they couldnt fit the mattress in their truck. AND, that they dont know if the luggers company will still charge me even if they didnt deliver the items. Anyway, good thing luggers picked Angel and Giovanni to deliver my items. I was already stressed out trying to re-book the delivery. But, they were so kind that they assured me that the items will be delivered. And they amazingly did. Without damaging my mattress. I had coordinated to have my couches dropped off at a donation center, which was all scheduled and approved. When they got there, the donation center said they couldn’t accept the furniture as it was damaged. Mateo called me and offered to take it to a dumping facility if I didn’t want it back (they’re technically supposed to bring it back). They found a local facility and took it there for me.
