When the Luggers started the move in the app at 9:04 pm. However, they were not at the pick up spot. I sent them a text message at 9:07 pm and then called at 9:08 pm. The Luggers said they were in another street, despite there being an open parking space and I had the item (a portable washing machine) on the curb. They drove up at 9:11 pm and very quickly, in about three minutes, and drove to the destination. However, the app shows that the pickup time was 12 minutes, which definitely was not the case.
