Nathaniel and Octavio showed up 15 minutes early, were incredibly friendly and professional, and got the job done so efficiently — our arrival window was 2-3 PM and we were literally done with the whole move by 3 PM! David & John were an absolute pleasure. They were friendly, positive, and open to teamwork. I would hire them to help me 100 times over. Unfortunately, they work for Lugg, which is an awful company. I am so disappointed. I hired movers for a 10-11am start date, and they arrived around 5pm. 6-7 hours late. That is 100% on the company. If David and John ever go work for another company I will not hesitate to hire them again. If they work for Lugg, it’s a shame because you guys were not helpful, not responsive, and really just a displeasure to try to communicate with. I expect to receive at minimum a 50% discount. The only thing I am happy to pay is the generous tip I left David and John, who earned it. I took off work today when in reality I could’ve worked the whole day, which has a value of several thousand dollars. Thanks.
