I bought some already assembled and not assembled furniture from IKEA and was thrilled to have the build pieces delivered and put exactly where I wanted them in my second story small condo. Michael and Brandon were great and efficient. They safely moved the majority of my items. Lugg support and systems however are so bad I’m left with a small amount of stuff in my old unit. Lugg wouldn’t let them pick up the rest so I have to schedule and wait for another lugg to commute 30+ minutes to my location when they were already here and willing to do it. A huge waste of time for everyone involved.
