The two gentlemen picked up and arrived at the donation drop off location only to be told the donation couldn’t be accepted but were told to go to another location 10 minutes away. They offered to deliver it out of the kindness of their hearts.
I can’t say enough positive about this pair. They carefully placed rugs and pads beneath beds and sofa in two locations, moved furniture and took furniture to Goodwill for donation. All done with a smile and courtesy. We have always had a great experience with Lugg and these guys were exceptional.

I bought some already assembled and not assembled furniture from IKEA and was thrilled to have the build pieces delivered and put exactly where I wanted them in my second story small condo. They even made sure I knew about damage they noted (bought from the AS IS, section of IKEA) at time of pick up!! Awesome Customer Service!!!!!!
I cannot believe how fast and efficient these two guys are. The amount of stuff they moved with just a pick up is insane. You’re lucky if you get them.
Great guys!! They kept me updated the entire time. From the time they were in route to pick up my items till the time they were on their way to drop off. I appreciated that. They were also ahead of schedule. Once they arrived they were friendly and professional. Great service.
Michael and Brandon were great and efficient. They safely moved the majority of my items. Lugg support and systems however are so bad I’m left with a small amount of stuff in my old unit. Lugg wouldn’t let them pick up the rest so I have to schedule and wait for another lugg to commute 30+ minutes to my location when they were already here and willing to do it. A huge waste of time for everyone involved.

Michael and Brandon came through again with a timely, efficient help to pick up and deliver a lifting recliner from the medical equipment store, to my dad's assisted living home. They were ready to get a covid test if needed, to comply with the home's rules, but lucky we were able to avoid that in the end.

I purchased a floor model adjustable bed from a department store. I was a little hesitant to try Lugg but was absolutely blown away by how professional, quick, and efficient my guys were! I was paranoid about pick up/delivery - I ended up using the app and calling them to ask questions. All my questions were answered and I gotta say, the whole turn around time for me buying the adjustable bed and it being setup was about 2 hrs! Great service! 10/10 will recommend to others!
