My Luggers were able to work with a tricky street paving situation, nimbly communicating with me and each other to get to the pick up spot they handled the item to be moved with care and got it into the house with no problem at all. I will continue to use Lugg— it is the only way to get your Facebook marketplace furniture purchases into your house, unless you’ve got two strong guys in your household!
They made the move happen incredibly fast. They were conscious of my time restraints and helped make it happen. They were flexible when dealing with difficult street parking situations. Highly recommend!

They were super friendly and on time. Overall it felt semi-professional and they could be a little more efficient (I had to point them towards Dollys at the storage unit to speed up the process because they only had a mini roller). They could wrap fragile things (I asked for a painting to be wrapped, but in the end they didn't do it). They forgot two draws of a drawer on the street, which I will need to drive over to the storage, that was a little unfortunate.
They accomodated a difficult move of a large sectional - down the back stairs and through a narrow passage to the street. They took extra care with the piece - making sure it never touched the ground. Super nice guys too!
The whole process was great. I was well informed and notified of each step. The delivery was on time. both workers were very courteous, friendly, polite and efficient and handled the delivery with care and expertise. I was impressed with the service and it exceeded experiences I have had by far with other moving companies.
