Christopher and Sebastian were awesome, super efficient and professional! We had a small hiccup when the original drivers couldn’t arrive on time, but they stepped in immediately and headed our way to make sure we still had the quickest pickup and delivery possible. I really appreciated their willingness to jump in without hesitation. They both were really nice and did not mind that we have cats to manage around lol. The most important part is they ensured all the equipment that is more fragile was wrapped and held down really well so it arrived without a scratch! The app is actually very communicative. it let me easily cancel my time and reschedule it twice, which I did because of weather. it showed me the MapQuest of my delivery and how many minutes away they were Isiah and Javair are very accommodating, polite, friendly and listened to my concerns.
