The Luggers were friendly and efficient, especially Namir. The sofa was delivered in perfect condition. However, our bill was way higher than estimated because they struggled to park and took nearly 1 hour to do so. - Hydra

Martino and Jaequan came to deliver a bed and when they arrived I was struggling to take apart the bed I had to remove. They helped to take apart the old bed and they put together the new one- which would have taken me a long time and reinforcements to figure out. I was having a hard morning and was so grateful for their help. They were also prompt and communicative. I would definitely recommend them. - Maura

I didn’t realize the HomeGoods store opened at 9:30 and I chose the 9 to 10 time slot for pick up. But they were kind, and communicated with me, and still came at the time slot that I picked. What a wonderful service and really terrific gentlemen. - Sandy
This is for Lugg specifically, not the drivers. Selected pickup for between 3-4, as my partner at home needed to leave at a certain time. Pickup was at 445 which prevented my partner from being able to leave and missed an event. There was no mention that there was a possibility that I would have to wait almost an hour. - Travis
