The movers or Luggers were great! Lugg’s logistics, not so much. Apparently, Lugg didn’t contact the moving team until hours after I scheduled to have the item picked up from my sellers storage unit. The sellers were waiting for over 4 hours because Lugg failed with the logistics and communication. Again, great movers!!! They handled the item with care and helped assemble and position the deck furniture on our backyard patio. They should leave Lugg and start their own business. - El
