The tracking of the delivery was very helpful. The patio chairs and table were relatively light.....but a bit bulky. Because we live in a Condo with crazy rules for deliveries and non resident entries, we met the delivery at the front door with luggage carts so they wouldn't be burdened with coming inside. They loaded the items onto the carts and we brought them inside and up the elevator. It worked out fine. - Paul

It was a tough job. Heavy furniture and tight stairs with glass railings with tight turns , new wood floors which Josh and Patrick did a great job protecting. They were terrific and we shared some laughs as well as we got through the tough moments. They were calm and thoughtful in how to get the job done and they worked well together. I had 3 furniture pieces I ordered that were too heavy for me to carry sitting in my building’s package room for weeks. They came prepared with dollies and moving carts and did all the heavy lifting to get them from the my package room to my apartment unit and even ensured that the placement was too my liking and from start to end were very careful with handling of the fragile packages.
