Peter and Aaron were fantastic I'm every way. What was originally a nightmare because the delivery dropped off a treadmill in the rain, this team was incredible at getting it where it needed to go, in a smart and safe way. Kudos!!!

Christopher and Sebastian were awesome, super efficient and professional! We had a small hiccup when the original drivers couldn’t arrive on time, but they stepped in immediately and headed our way to make sure we still had the quickest pickup and delivery possible. I really appreciated their willingness to jump in without hesitation. They both were really nice and did not mind that we have cats to manage around lol. The most important part is they ensured all the equipment that is more fragile was wrapped and held down really well so it arrived without a scratch! Extremely appreciative of the attention to detail, the help bringing it into the house and the genuine kindness they showed! ❤️

It was late on a Friday evening and Christopher and Isiah showed up!! I needed two, big strong guys to do a tough job and I got exactly that, with a couple of added benefits. Both guys were thoughtful, helpful, resourceful, and both had a great sense of humor. It was dark, a lot of uneven stairs, heavy appliances, small doors--We needed muscles, teamwork and friends and we got all that, so HUGE THANK YOU to Isiah and Christopher for helping my family. My best to both of you in life and I will be recommending LUGG for the rest of my life; just a great service. We called in a pinch and they got us these two gentlemen in a huge hurry. Just top notch from the very first call, dispatcher, she could not have been more pleasant, helpful, cheerful, efficient...to the guys who showed up for us, the whole experience was EXCELLENT. Bill and Marquis were excellent movers! They were kind, friendly, and professional. They were patient during the pick up when the vendor was having a hard time releasing the product and were kind enough for me to arrive to help resolve the situation. They packaged and secured the item amazingly and the drive and delivery was incredibly smooth. I would HIGHLY recommend them for my next big purchase. Lugg has made item delivery a stress-free environment! 👍🏻

Jonathan and Marquail consistently go above and beyond. Today they hauled a heavy armoire down stairs and on and off the truck and into another house. Amazing! Gratitude.

Amazing service, both of these guys were great!! The wardrobe was extremely extra heavy and there was some hard angles to get through. I appreciate them a lot!!

The mattress was very heavy and they worked as a team to get it up there. It was very hard. They did a great job.

Isiah and Chris were incredible! They were so kind and friendly! And they were very experienced movers who work really hard. They helped me unload some heavy items from a truck and then they moved those items into my house. I appreciated that they wanted to scope out the route they’d take to bring everything in first (instead of just diving right in). They were thoughtful and careful and treated these household items as if they were their own. They were also conscientious and went above and beyond. When the plans changed, they went the extra mile to make sure everything was set up the way it needed to be. I’m very grateful for all of their help! Thank you, Chris and Isiah!
