I had an excellent experience with LP and JK. Communication waa timely, clear and efficient They confirmed the pickup ahead of time and they arrived on time at the pick-up location. They followed the instructions from the store to pick up around the back at the dock. I happened to be at the store purchasing additional items which I was able to add to the pick-up. They confirmed all items and let me know they were loaded for delivery. They met me at my home and confirm the locations where the items would be set up . They didn't carefully unloaded each item, a chest of drawers and a glass bookcase, and ensured they were setup to expectation. I will definitely use the service again. - Angela
